Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.

They know me when I come here and make my order perfect and fresh EVERY TIME. They were going to get rid of my favorite drink because it wasn't popular enough but because the customers kept requesting we keep it, they brought it back! It's hard to find great customer service like this so they have a customer for life out of this family! Thanks guys!

Ordered a large iced latte and it tasted like you took coffee poured it over ice which melted then added cream to it.

Best coffee in Utah!

Outside of the credit card machine requesting a tip, it was great.

Go here when I need a sweet treat. And I only go a couple times a year, but their service is always good and their coffee is always good.

Idk why this beans and brews locations is so bad. Terrible service. Took my charge and tipped themselves extra or charged me for something else this morning. I split a coffee that was $7 went back and got another and it was $8.40? I also spilt that one. Not coming back here omg

I won't be returning. The last 2 times ive ordered coffee here (cold brew and an eye opener), I couldn't finish them because they tasted off. They did not taste like coffee and I order it black with some sugar. Even the sandwiches ALWAYS come smushed like they stepped on it before placing it into the bag. It's too expensive to be ordering things you're unable to enjoy and drink.

If you ask me it's way too expensive for a cup of coffee

Right before 750pm we stopped in to get the kids hot chocolate after driving by and seeing the lit up OPEN sign, Workers Claimed they couldn’t serve us because they had to count out the register. The store hours on the door state they close at 8pm. They offered for us to pay for it now and pick it up tomorrow.. 🤦‍♀️
Which Makes no sense if they were already counting out their register. They were just being lazy and didn’t want to finish out their 10 minutes on shift. The kids were bummed out after getting excited and being let down so we Drove down the road to the brand new Dutch Bros and they were more than happy to serve us 😎

I went through the drive through to order a few breakfast sandwiches. My wife wanted ham instead of bacon so I asked if we could swap out the bacon and add in ham. I was met with a very harsh and demeaning response and told that it messes with their inventory. I can understand issues with inventory, but it’s 2024 and they don’t have a way to swap bacon with ham on a sandwich? And the attitude I got was just awful. Ended up going to Starbucks instead and had great customer service there.

If it wasn't for the entrance/exit. It would have been 5 stars. I have been coming to this west haven/ Roy location since it was built and the one thing that has not changed is the terrible entrance in the parking lot. The employees say people complain on a daily basis. Hopefully you have good shocks if you visit this location.
Seriously, the owners Cant fix this?
