Great place to grab a perfect drink . Staff is amazing every single time. There are several locations in my area so I never need to go far for a yummy coffee.

We ordered a frozen matcha and a coffee. My wife said the matcha lacked flavor. We thought no problem we will just call and go back and they can make her a new one. We left a voicemail with no answer. I reassured my wife that they would take care of us when we got there. I expressed to the lady that the frozen matcha lacked flavor compared to the last visit. She said well we make it with water. She said if I make it again it would be the same.

All we wanted was for her to make us a new one. However she did not offer to make a new one, but instead took it back and through it away for us. We ended up not getting a drink or a refund. I could not believe that was the solution. I might be out the $6, but it would mean a lot of they could help her get the training to help the next customer. Consider the $6 for training.

Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.

They know me when I come here and make my order perfect and fresh EVERY TIME. They were going to get rid of my favorite drink because it wasn't popular enough but because the customers kept requesting we keep it, they brought it back! It's hard to find great customer service like this so they have a customer for life out of this family! Thanks guys!

Ordered a large iced latte and it tasted like you took coffee poured it over ice which melted then added cream to it.

Best coffee in Utah!
