I got the cool wrap trio and they didn't put any chicken in the wraps
Stooooopid people.
Cashier didn't know the menu. Ignored me when I was ready to pay for a very uncomfortable amount of time until I asked if I could pay. She just brushed me off as if I was dumb.
Maybe an IQ test is needed for an application.
Unless you go when no one else does, wait times are 40+ minutes. Don't know why they have this problem.
Went there Friday night and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, when I wonder if there were even open. Drove around and could see the employes laughing and having a good time. This place is a joke, do not waste anytime going here.
The people at this drive through AR so happy and kind no matter what time of the day I come through.

Lazy people they don't want to work they always say they don't have certain food when they dont want to cook it and only this location has this issue no other locstion does this if you look at their reviews, it speaks for itself stay away from this location

Honestly. I rarely receive what i order here (or any Burger king for that matter.) I don't feel like my order is ever complicated or extra by any means, it's typically less. Wanting something made without a sauce or a topping but rarely fulfilled & even rarer made fresh. The majority of the time the cheese is placed on a patty or sandwhich that's been pre-made so you'll get a cold piece of cheese to roundoff an already tepid patty/sandwhich. The customer service is fine. With the price of everything going up the quality of the product has plummeted. I don't frequent the king by any means but on occasion a whopper or a breakfast sandwhich (when hot) is a great occasional meal. I try not to spread negative things online but after my sandwhich still had the item I requested it be made without & it was cold I'm over supporting a corporation that couldn't care about their own quality.
I couldn’t hear them at all on the drive thru speaker. The guy took my order correctly, a large double whopper meal, but of course he doesn’t give me a large and of course it’s only a single whopper. I’m getting sick and tired of such lack of attention to detail when such employees complain that they want to make $25/hour. Either get my order correct or stop overcharging me for what you fail to deliver.
