I was sitting in the dining room drinking the chocolate shake when staff came out to tell me that the owner was watching on video camera and wanted to know what I was doing there. I thought it was self-explanatory. Very unpleasant service and obviously very unpleasant ownership I would stay away

There is no one in the lobby, I’m talking about costumers and! no cars at the drive. but still managed to take more 15 minutes to give me simple cheeseburger and onion rings.does it it matter there is 8 to 10 employees inside..where the management at? That’s my number one question!!!!!

I would give zero if I could. No bacon, no tea, to Hershey pie. No possible refund other than the app (order was made online not the app). And on top of it all the have a Dr Pepper that was completely covered it soda which spilled off the lid all over my lap & car. Just give me my money back next time :(

I ordered a whopper combo meal. My whopper was dripping of mustard. Couldn't taste anything but mustard. I tried calling to let them know they are putting to much mustard on the whopper. No one answers the phone so here I am leaving a review. Please someone retrain the people making the food. Mustard is only a single swirl, and not the bottle.

Sheridian and Kim absolutely made my visit exceptional. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. My order was handled perfectly, the service was fast, and their positive attitudes made the whole experience better than expected. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, which is honestly rare these days. Burger King is lucky to have employees like Sheridian and Kim — they deserve recognition for their outstanding service!

Samantha the manager and her crew are decent people. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, I received 3 chicken wraps. I went back to get the correct order. I returned and the fellow at the window informed the rest to fix the issue. I was not mad. Just hungry, the manager and the crew were prudent and customer centered. They handled the situation and alleviated my concerns. Top notch from me.

Food was not up to Burger King standards, had the fries onion rings and fish sandwich. One of the worst BG food I have eaten. Guessing the cooking oil was old and rancid the way things tasted, but also maybe good had been sitting out for a while, just didn't taste very fresh or appetizing :-( Service was great and pleasant

They put an entire batch of fresh fries in just to give me half of the old ineditable ones instead of throwing them away. Don't understand how that seemed okay
I gotta be honest this burger king isn't busy enough for fresh food. Ive tried it twice and the patties are noticeably stale and not fresh. Same with the fries.

I WENT TO THE BURGER KING IN WEST HEAVEN TODAY 08/01/2025 AT 7PM AND HONESTLY NOW DAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHITTY EVERYWHERE YOU GO , BUT THE PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE I WANT TO LEAVE THIS HERE AND THANK THE YOUNG ONES WORKING THERE SPECIALLY A YOUNG MAN WITH LONG HAIR AND TATTOOS, VERY NICE GUY AND A YOUNG FEMALE WITH GLASSES, YOU ARE VERY NICE THANK YOU GUYS!!
