Samantha the manager and her crew are decent people. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, I received 3 chicken wraps. I went back to get the correct order. I returned and the fellow at the window informed the rest to fix the issue. I was not mad. Just hungry, the manager and the crew were prudent and customer centered. They handled the situation and alleviated my concerns. Top notch from me.

Food was not up to Burger King standards, had the fries onion rings and fish sandwich. One of the worst BG food I have eaten. Guessing the cooking oil was old and rancid the way things tasted, but also maybe good had been sitting out for a while, just didn't taste very fresh or appetizing :-( Service was great and pleasant

Every time I go through the drive through my order is screwed up. Get home, see my order is messed up & call the place to get it fixed and there's no answering the phone. Stupid!

Spent over $17.00 on burgers that we asked for no onions on since I am allergic. The employee even repeated it a couple times. This was at about 11:30 pm We Left and got caught up in the traffic after west haven days fireworks so by the time we got home they were closed and we had to throw away the food. I contacted customer support and they offered to compensate me for $3.00 on my next purchase. I told them to just keep their money since it would maybe get me enough gas to go back.

Super chill burger king. Our food took literally less than 20 seconds for them to get out to us. We ate inside, and when I asked for a to-go bag on my way out, I got a paper bag WITH HANDLES. High quality service.
