I bought drinks today and spent some pretty good money on them, what they gave to me was the most disgusting drinks I've ever had from them. The banana one was not even Drunk out of it and they called it a smoothy. It tastes like someone pooped in the cup and gave to me. The mango one tastes so gross and the oreo one is gross as well. It was money wasted and I'm not happy at all they have lost a customer.

The coffee was cold and way to sweet. The bacon on the pennini was raw. There were no.paper towels in the restrooms, there has not been any the last two times we have been there. We will not be back.

Tried to run in for a quick latte before work. Ended up sitting there for almost 15 min because they had to brew more coffee. Got my drink and it was extremely bitter like the brew didn't finish. Had to ask for my muffin because they forgot.

Best customer service I have ever had from a coffee shop. They messed up on my mom's order and could not fix (she ordered and paid for turkey panni only to find they were out of turkey) so they comped her a free drink. Being that we had been talking about how we were from out of town they could have just refunded her money and we would have beenon our way. But they went out of the way to make her feel like a valuable customer. Will recommend to everyone I know in the area ortraveling to/through. Will definatelycome here again next time I am in town. My Chai was excellent and our drinks were great.

I absolutely love buzz brew’s coffee, and I get along and have pleasant convos with employees, but every time one employee rings me up my total is $2-3 more than usual. I like to tip sometimes, as I enjoy the coffee. But this employee never asks if I want to tip and adds it anyway. I am a college student and don’t have a lot of money as it is. This is very upsetting because I tip when I can, and this employee forces me to tip more than I am able and doesn’t even have the decency to ask or tell me. It feels like stealing, and as someone that works at a job with tips, I would never do this to a customer.
