I've always liked Dennys, but most of the Dennys I go to nowadays - well - I don't understand how they stay in business. Of all of the bad Dennys I have been to lately, this is the worst. The waitress was rude. Got the order wrong for two of the grandchildren. When told, her response was, "I would have written it down if that's what they said." I told that I had heard them order it and her response was "well it doesn't matter, kids eat free anyway. My wife's food was over cookedDennys will not put on a full staff when open. They used yo play the older music, which was part of the Dennys experience. Nowadays, it depends on which Dennys you go to, but you gat get rap, modern, bad language.......Dennys, shut down if you don't care anymore. You are most definitely losing one here if I have to go through this again.

We went in on 4/20 at 9 ish they were not busy so we got sat pretty quickly by Lamar which then ended up being our server. He did great! Other than the service of Lamar and food being great! I left very upset because their was no teamwork at all, seeing one of your employees struggling and you still continue to to seat him and not even help clean some of his tables or even helping him with drinks was very frustrating.he was running his butt off and doing his best! I heard my server LAMAR asking the hostess Serenity for help she smirked and walked way her knowing he was swamped with dirty tables and customers who needed menus. When I complained to her that she and the manager could help out a little more she gave me attitude and excuses. I never leave reviews but this one was the worst ever! I was in shock when the manager just sat down as she sees the whole side of a section dirty. I am a manager too and i would never leave my employees struggling.

We had breakfast at Denny's about 11:0am Thursday the 4th. First we were seated right away we got our coffee right away. Or we ordered two coffees and a Diet Coke toast a Crepes breakfast and a basic slam it took forever for our food to come out when it did it was cold they did not refill our coffee and when we asked them to she told me she was on break. Then the next thing, we had to grab the attention of the waitress that was doing nothing, in order to get a Diet Coke and our coffees refilled. We had to ask for her to bring us some more cream and sugar, there were two waitresses and one of them when I said something about because I used to work at this Denny's that the crates were not made right she told me yesterday where we don't put that on them. Oh now the best part to check out okay there was a gentleman walking up to check out same time we did there was a gentleman waiting to get checked out he was standing there for 10 minutes and still no one had come up front also my man was standing in line and he finally went back there and had to get them to come up front and they asked why is there people up there? He said yes that's why I'm coming to get you guys to stop talking and come up here and check your customers out. There was a trucker waiting he was late for his appointment to leave on time, I was waiting and I had to go back and get them and then they were actually rude to us about having to come and get them and interrupting their talking session. We're from Arizona and we have eaten at the Denny's and I used to work at this Denny's you guys need to do something and something fast hire new freaking caring management because if it's still Brenda it's no wonder none of the waitresses give two there were literally four tables. We will never come back and we will make sure that this review goes a lot of places we at least should have had our meal comped. Especially when it comes to a order of toast my sister waited for 20 minutes for toast and when we said something to the lady she said well I'm on break the other waitresses bringing it I am we were like it's toast how hard is it to make toast. Neither waitress was wearing a name tag either so that is also not fair because we don't know who to complain about but you should go I should know who's working this shift this day.

Went here late at night after a double date with some friends. Food sucked, my meal was completely tasteless.Our friend’s meals were gross, buffalo wings drenched in a sauce that was basically straight vinegar. Waitress forgot to bring out our drink order or check on us. What was supposed to be a calm ending to a great night out ended up with 3 of us with food poisoning. Never again going back
