Went to this location today and there were several cars ahead of us. We sat for several minutes before we approached the order queue. After waiting several moments there with no response from the server, she finally came on to tell us it would be a “few” minutes more before she could even take our order. Four cars including ours, backed out and left. I felt sorry for the server, because this is obviously a management issue. We have enjoyed Fizz in the past and hope they can resolve their customer service issues.

Waited for 15 minutes as the first car of maybe 3 and workers were just chatting and not doing anything. So we left and went to another fizz that got our order to us in about 1/10th the time.

Took incredibly long to get our drinks even though we were the only people in the drive thru. The girls inside were just messing around and talking with their friends who were standing at the walk up window. We waited 15 minutes and just decided to leave.

I love FiiZ but every time I come to this location my drink tastes wrong. I order a lime in the coconut Diet Coke and it never tastes like coconut. Very disappointing
Not coming to this location again. The last several times my drinks had had an overwhelming watermelon flavor. I hate watermelon and there should be no watermelon in what I ordered. One time I will chalk up to a mistake. Multiple times I am attributing to some type of major cross-contamination.

Disappointed with this location. Waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes while the girls inside messed around before even taking my payment. I ordered one drink and some churro bites. My drink was ok, but my churro bites were cold and caked in cinnamon. They tasted terrible. I won’t be back to this location again. Very poor customer service here.

The walk up order window is so nice. Kaydence took my order and got my drink quickly. She was so kind and helpful when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Best fiiz employee I’ve ever seen!

Was told to go to the windows to order my drink the the person took other orders before she told me I owed 18.00 dollars and I said no you didn't take my order I ask for the manager's number and got told she didn't know it I feel my drink should of been free for the long wait time

This location is quick and helpful. Workers are polite and genuinely concerned when asking questions about my loyalty points. The owner even called back to ensure that my points were loading correctly. Very helpful and genuine.

So so sooo disappointed with this FiiZ! Went there tonight at 8:30 and saw they didn’t close till 9 so we waited in line. After waiting 5 minutes with no answer we saw two girls messing around and hesitated to come to the window to talk to me and still didn’t serve us!!! Will never go here again!!!!
They don’t make the drinks very well. They don’t feel the cup up all the way either. I got a 44oz and poured it into my 40oz cup and it didn’t make it close to the top. It didn’t taste how it does when I get it from the other shop on 1900 either. Taste your drink before you leave to make sure they made it how it’s supposed to be made.
