Literally the slowest! I waited in line behind 1 car for over 15 minutes! It took forever to take my order, but to get my order as well! The soda was flat too!

I’ve had trouble in the past with this location with doing orders wrong but have just brushed it off because I know things happen. Today, however, I received my drink and it was only 2/3 of the way full…why did I pay for a 32oz if that’s not what I got? Would have been more understanding if they were busy but I was the only person there! Very disappointed.

I'm very curious about what is keeping this location alive. I came here once for a pretzel that they managed to slowly cook until it was burnt and too hard to bite into, which was honestly impressive. I'm sad for the people who genuinely love fizz and can't come to this location because they know it's just going to be a bad experience.That being said, if you're craving a mixed soda, Beans and Brews is adjacent and their crew can mix a damn good soda.

Something about this location is off. They make a lot of mistakes (using diet instead of regular, forgetting syrups, etc) and they take way too long. I've come here quite a bit and it's like rolling the dice on what you're gonna get. I'm not one to complain much but tonight I ordered a hot chocolate but what I got was flavored hot water - and I don't mean watery hot chocolate. They forgot to add chocolate mix, so I added my own at home to salvage it. The other Fiiz locations are so much better - come on guys, fix it.

The people working clearly didn’t care one bit about their jobs. Took literally five minutes for anyone to say anything at the drive thru. And when we finally had to say hello three different times they told us we still had to wait to order. We then waited another 5-7 minutes with no one in front of us to get our drinks. They were moving incredibly slow and talking so quiet. On top of looking incredibly pissed at everyone! Zero out of 10 for customer service!!

Decent service but this bad review is for the manager and owners treatment of staff.They nearly doubled the price of all the drinks yet still pay their workers $7.25 and treat them unequally. One coworker was dealing with a terrible situation at home and Sandy (the manager) went off on her for not being productive enough, and another got verbally abused by Sandy for staying after their assigned shift to help a coworker yet Sandy praised a different employee for doing the exact same thing. Management loves to change the already official schedule without telling anyone and then getting mad when people don't show up (including firing a pregnant woman for missing a shift she wasn't originally assigned)... make that make sense.Has the service been slow when I've gone? YesIs it the fault of the employees? Maybe a little, but I can't imagine I'd put in 110% for minimum wage and verbally and emotionally abusive management.Drinks are decent but not worth the price considering how awfully staff is treated, go anywhere else for a fancy drink.

This was 5 days ago but accidentally put it on the wrong fizz location. Half hour in the drive through and I’m writing this while still waiting. This is INSANE for a dang soda place. Not ok at all. Please close it down if you cannot keep up with the service. There was literally only 4 people ahead of me.

We are new to Utah, hailing from Alaska, and had friends and family recommend this place. However, upon trying the drinks here, we were very disappointed with not only the product, but the customer service as well. This place is awful!!!

Basically just common soft drinks with flavoring added. Drinks are overpriced in my opinion. Service was also fairly slow for just getting drinks.

I regularly order from this fizz, customer service is great, they're always getting my order right, and they're always quick to it. The only complaint I have is that when I get a pretzel they're usually always hard, and slightly stale. Otherwise I love this place.

Slow. Scams people. Utterly horrible store. It’s a shame because their drinks are good, but waiting 25-30 mins for a soda in the drive thru is unacceptable.

I come to fiiz regularly and a lot of people are saying the workers are rude most of the time, and i think it’s very over-exaggerated. everytime i come here i will admit it is very busy but in the end they always give me my drink with a smile. let’s go fiiz!
