This was so rough, I could barely understand the lady at the register, she would not do a substitution for me, and then she gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. I ordered the first as a combo and then said the same, mc griddle egg and cheese. She gave me an egg McMuffin. I mean, whatever, I'm just glad she got my husband's order correct! I don't have anything against Latino workers, however I do think speaking the language should be a prerequisite for working the register! And while you are probably thinking I should have used the kiosk to order, they don't have an option for a MC griddle with no sausage. McDonald's please hear me. Not everyone eats pork!!!! And I don't appreciate that there is no way for me to not pay for the sausage I'm not eating! For crying out loud, I've paid for sooooooo many sausages I haven't eaten, but apparently it's too much to ask to substitute a hash brown or the sausage. Whatever multi billion air madness with the little people guarding your money like it's their own!

Horrible customer service. Breakfast was ordered on the mobile app at 10:45. When I went to pick it up at 11:03 she said it was unavailable but I could order again. She stated that breakfast was over, if I was to order again it was only the lunch menu. I requested multiple times for my money back and she said there was nothing they could do. If the mobile app allows you to order breakfast your product should be delivered. Unreal experience and the worst I’ve had from a customer service perspective.

i wanted to have dinner but it was closed at 8pm. There were workers in the premises, but the door is closed, but it is supposed to be open until 22:00

Whoever does the hiring at this location does an amazing job. The staff is always so friendly no matter who’s on shift and the food is prepared quick (even for McDonald’s) and up to expectation. I will pass other McDonald’s stores just to come to this one.

Surprisingly clean. You never know how clean a “fast food” place is going to be, but this location is clean, and the food is assembled well (burger in the center, no burnt fries, etc) and their ice cream machine is always working for a quick shake, cone, or whatever. Recommend!!

I'm personally not a McDonalds fan, but my kids beg me enough that I go there every month or two (or a BK), this McDonalds gets my order wrong Every Time!, there is always something missing, or a chicken nugget meal sent out with a burger. Very annoying.

Why advertise you have ice cream when you clearly don't? Your ice cream is an international joke, like the tooth fairy. We should sue for false advertising and wasting our gas to go there.
