The workers have a attitude problem. Online order is never ready when the pick up time says it's ready even when there's no one in the restaurant. I've had to wait 10-20 almost every time, I'll drive twice as far to the layton location from now on.

I am typically not one to leave a bad review, but i was very disappointed, i came at 8:30 with no line (they close at 11) and it took them a couple minutes to even acknowledge me, and then the guy says he will take my order, cuts me off, and starts doing something else, so i waited a couple more minutes and finally placed my order, the only staff member who was polite was the teenager at the register. i’ll stick with costa vida from now on!

I pay cash to literally avoid the tip button. So conveniently the change machine doesn't work. So the kid working just tells me he doesn't know what to do and it just 63 cents!!! Well if everyone that comes in and pays cash but doesn't get any change that will add up pretty fast!!! This is a scam!

My wife and I are both military. They have always given us both a discount. But today the cashier said she could only do one meal. She was a little rude about it. I will not return to this restaurant. I will take my business else where. I encourage people to do the same. Go else where.

The only downside was that the pork in the sweet pork burrito was on the dry side.

Have been going here for years they had a great staff then there new manager named Lucia has done nothing good for the place but make the staff less friendly and even started yelling at the guy that was making are food wish is so unprofessional and it has happened multiple times so it has became targeting and elna is the other lady that also targets us by giving us smaller proportion then the person in front of us or behind us gets and what we normally get. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow to hopefully get this all taken care of because the “manager” wouldn’t come talk to me

My biggest problem with this place is they'll always put cheese on stuff even if you say no cheese. Not just a little cheese, but they pack it on there.

Additionally they should get a clock or something. Almost Everytime I go get takeout they say 5 more minutes....."which really means leave me alone I have no idea".

Ik actually typing this review while sitting on the bench 20 minutes after they told me 5 minutes.

Then I know I will have to make them remake it because it will have cheese on it. Yay me!
