This was my first experience at Culver’s, and I placed an order over $100, which somehow translated into disappointment on every conceivable level.
The order was wrong. The food was cold. The drinks tasted like someone described carbonation from memory instead of actually providing it. No straws included, which felt almost poetic at that point.
Now. Let’s talk about the mushroom and Swiss burger, because I need to know if this was a joke I wasn’t in on. It had approximately 1/8 of a mushroom and 1/8 of an onion. I am not exaggerating. I’ve seen more mushrooms in a Mario Kart race. If this is the standard portion, just call it a Swiss burger that once thought about mushrooms.
For the price paid and the reputation Culver’s claims to have, this was honestly shocking. Cold food, incorrect order, flat drinks, missing basics, and a burger that looked like it lost a custody battle over its toppings.
Extremely disappointed. If this was meant to be an introduction to Culver’s, it was a masterclass in how not to do it.

Used to be good, but last couple of visits have been disappointing. Today’s visit was no exception: NO cheese curds, NO lettuce, NO tomatoes. 😤 Probably won’t be back 😒 Luckily for us there are many other places to choose from in this area now. Too bad 😮💨

It is nice to go a busy drive through and actually get all your food☺️. Fast, Fresh and we were on our way. This is one of my family’s favorites. Their new chicken sandwiches are AMAZING…, if you are fan..this is the spot. The cheese curds never disappoint and if you want to try something different, try their Sourdough Melt🥪. (with onion rings)

My wife and I went here and as we were ordering our food, the cashier start coughing all over the place. When I asked why he was here if he was sick, he told me he wished he wasn't but the management here makes every employee come in unless they are throwing up or have a fever. What nonsense is that? I don't want sick people handling my food. The food here is pretty decent but I don't think I will go here if management can't/won't treat their employees decently and then customers have to pay for it by possibly getting the sicknesses the employees come to work and handle my food with!

We sat in the dining room to eat. The temperature was so uncomfortably cold. I asked if they could turn up the heat but they said they couldn't adjust the temperature. Outside temperature was around 45 degrees, inside was about 55 degrees. The food was decent, yet just warm, not hot as you hope for.
We went to culvers tonight for dinner. The restaurant wasn't busy. But there wasn't a clean table in the place. Food all over the floor and the smell in there isn't pleasant. Flies everywhere. The employees were standing around. When we got our order it wasn't right. There was too much salt on my burger and it was a double, I ordered a single. They do not listen!!! Not going back there!!! I marked loud because the employees are so loud and there horsing around jumping on each other's backs online the lobby. Not a great place to go!!

We’ve been here plenty of times and have loved it. Today, I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. They asked if I still wanted lettuce tomato and condiments and I said yes. Got back to our house 20 min away to find out, there was NOTHING on it. Just a burger patty, cheese and bun. Very disappointed in the lack of their service today.

We went in for dinner, and right off the bat there’s five workers sitting around, we ordered now there charging for fry sauce, which they haven’t done before, for what you pay that should still be included. Went to the tables and they are all dirty and garbage on the floor, just terrible management. Won’t be coming back here again.
