We’ve been here plenty of times and have loved it. Today, I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. They asked if I still wanted lettuce tomato and condiments and I said yes. Got back to our house 20 min away to find out, there was NOTHING on it. Just a burger patty, cheese and bun. Very disappointed in the lack of their service today.

We went in for dinner, and right off the bat there’s five workers sitting around, we ordered now there charging for fry sauce, which they haven’t done before, for what you pay that should still be included. Went to the tables and they are all dirty and garbage on the floor, just terrible management. Won’t be coming back here again.

The food tasted great but was put together very sloppily and we had to almost assemble our own sandwiches. We all had small fries and they were all full with significantly varying amounts. My sandwich was missing sauce and when I asked for some they wanted to charge me. Another person in my party was missing shrimp from his 10 piece and they accused him of dropping it. On a different note, the cinnamon toast crunch shake with carmel is my new favorite. They also had all the chairs up on tables at 9:30pm when the website says the lobby closes at 11pm on Fridays so had had to move tables so we could sit together.

This was our first experience at Culver’s and most likely our last unfortunately. We were offered dine in and the girl at the register was fantastic. However, from there we were pushed out of there before we even got a bite of our food. The burgers were delivered first without the fries and we were told we could sit on the patio in the dark bc the lobby closes at 10. It wasn’t 10 yet and we were not informed at the register that we could dine in but be forced to eat outside. The kid came back to our table 3 times before 10 pm to rush us and then would say no rush. We were told told 3 times before 10 pm that they close at 10 then kid left with us. I get closing at ten. I work in customer service doing hair. If someone walks in at closing we take them! There was no tasting our food let alone getting it all bc they were ready to leave before they told us we could stay. Bad customer service and very unfriendly boys! No adults at all in the place! Expensive food for not getting a chance to taste it. Young people need to learn a bit of being courteous!

Food was great! Employees very professional and friendly! Dining room was too warm for 82* weather outside. We asked a server if they could turn the AC on and she was so sweet and said that the manager would not allow them to adjust the temperature. Had a couple beside us leave because it was too warm in there.

Talk about going downhill, the restaurant is staffed by rude and incompetent people who respond to problems with I don’t have time for that. The workspaces are messy. The orders are incomplete the Friday night crew needs replaced or reeducated.

Went through the drive thru and we received our shakes practically like soup. They forgot to give us the cheese curds and when we went back the girl practically hurried me of the drive thru. The cheese curds were cold.. I highly wouldn’t recommend going to this location!

This place is disgusting. You cam smell and feel the stink walking in the door. Would it kill you to get your employees to clean the lobby. Food literally stuck everywhere.
