I was told by the person that brought us here the food was great. They knew i did NOT eat fast food and I was assured it wasn't. The food WAS fast food and GROSS! Ordered a cheese burger on sour dough. It came with cheese. NOTHING Else! My husband had fries and a cheese burger and a drink. The party that brought us also ordered cheese burger, fries and a drink. The fries were cold burger not at all good. If I ever make it back to Utah I will NEVER go there again! BARF!

We came to Culver's with expectations of good food and fast service. However, The order taking was ineffective and the food sub par, for which we had to wait and inordinate amount of time. I can't say that this establishment is understaffed, as there are a great number of very young workers standing around while one or two of them do the work. Sorry, Culver's maybe next time. Oh, I should add that I have never seen cheese curds with smaller amount of cheese in them ever.

Empty restaurant. Food comes over 30 min later. All concretes we melted. Food was cold. We also had to correct the order as mistakes were made. Then we wait again for another 30 min to get our food. Not very hot. Who is running this show? Never see adults... Each time we go it is worse. Never see any adults there. We are done!

I would really recommend the onion rings, although they are overly salted. Still good though.

Vegetarian options: They had a veggie burger on the menu but weren’t serving it apparently. Instead they gave a grilled cheese which is not the best but ok. Just a heads up.
Best fast food salad I have ever had. The produce was fresh and the cheese, meats, and other produce paired together to make a delicious salad. We also had the cod dinner and it was delicious. The quality didn't taste like fast food. Excellent meal with fast food convenience, but with high quality food.

The food is always pretty good but they frequently forget things like bacon, ketchup, or mayo in the drive thru so always double check your order before driving away.
If I could physically give 0 stars. I would. This location is the absolute worst, this is a long rant because I'm so done and others should know to just go to a different location. Every time my husband and I come here, we always have a bad experience. From staff being rude to our order being wrong. And this was the final straw. As we are still ordering, they have made the concrete mixer for the order and brought it over before we even finished the order. I started with telling the cashier I wanted a Culver's Deluxe, add ketchup and mustard, in a Large combo with Cheese Curds and a large Concrete Mixer with Salted Carmel and Cookie Dough. Now this employee brought out a medium. Again, we hadn't finished ordering before it was brought to the counter. Tell him that it's supposed to be a large and he was annoyed. After finishing our order, we say it's to go. After waiting for our food. They bring it out on a tray. Mind you, we said it was to go. So it got taken back to be put in bags and just everyone was rude. We were polite when telling them they made mistakes. My husband's shake barely had any mint in it. Half of it was still the vanilla custard so it wasn't even blended well. It was just overall a frustrating experience and just decided to leave and not have them fix the shake. But now we regret that we didn't check everything in the bag. After getting back home. I open my box for the Culvers Deluxe and there is bacon on it. I am allergic to bacon so I can't eat it. Never did I say anything about bacon on the burger. So my dinner was just cheese curds. We are never going to that location again.

I'm pretty sure the manager was rude to all the employees. We kept hearing " that's not my job" I could not work there. not a friendly work environment

We have eaten at Culver's before but never used the drive thru. We were running late so we thought we would save time and use the drive thru. It took 40 minutes from the time we ordered to when we got our food. By the time we got our food the fries were cold. It should not take 40 minutes to make 2 burgers and a corn dog with fries. Not impressed.
We love culvers, we go quite a bit! But every time we go there we order our food and ask for fry sauce. They charge us but we never get the fry sauce. Our order is never right. The onion rings were so salty we couldn't eat them. So disappointed!!! May be time to find a new restaurant.
Update: So Eli, the assistant manager for a hold of me. He wanted another opportunity to make it right. He did!! We went tonight and I ordered my usual butter burger and onion rings. They were so good!! Thank you Eli for making it right!! Definitely willcome back!!
