I've been coming here since I moved to Utah from Texas. We don't have Del Taco in San Antonio Today Trevon from store #1189 in West Point went far and beyond customer service. I got full service at the drive thru. Curtious, always with a smile, always a yes sir, , offered condiments, let me try a sample of your new orange shake,(delicious) and a thank you, thanks for coming by. He made my day this evening. I love the food here also. The app helped me save 20%, which Trevon asked if I wanted to redeem.

So.e time the food is good and some times not. French fries were hot but I think the oil was old. And when you order something on the menu like a burrito and you get a tortilla with hardly anything inside. It's to expensive for what they give you. They skimp.

This review is about a problem we had with something that the distributers accidentally left in the meat they sold to Del Taco. We called the store, and once we talked to a manager and they brought in a regional manager, both were the most kind, helpful and concerned people we have had the pleasure of interacting with after reporting a problem. I cannot tell you how much of a positive thing that is, to be taken seriously when something went wrong and have company people asking after our health and wellbeing. This Del Taco has earned my respect, seriously.
