“Welcome TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE! I moved to the (somewhat nearby) area this past summer and my detox island green was the SINGLE MOST restaurant item I missed here. I found this restaurant just north of Petco when I made a wrong turn. My favorite anytime of day is the All American Wrap (egg, bacon, & cheese) and a detox island green with coconut subbed for the mango. The detox island green has the lowest carb count and is the PERFECT way to get your greens and love it! Welcome to the neighborhood!“

“You guys are always so busy, but manage to keep everything moving while being kind. I had emergency oral surgery yesterday. I asked for a couple of extra straws and the employee was so nice. I didn't tell her why, but then I told her afterward she asked if I needed anything else. Very sweet staff.“

“This was my first time ever having Jamba. I was so depressed coming from the South and missing smoothie king 😔. Then I saw this place, and my body was getting pulled to the drive-through.

“So bought cookies 3 from Crumbl and 4 from twisted, I’m a huge fan of twisted but my daughter really wanted to try crumble. I love the size of cookie at twisted! It’s not overwhelming and can finish it in one sitting. The fresh lime squeezed on top is the best! And their frosting is amazing and tastes more natural! Crumble frosting is good but I feel like it dries up and has way too much sugar. I’d give crumble a 3.5 star and twisted sugar a 5 on how it tastes. Plus crumble made me wait over 6 min and I was the only one in the store. As soon as I walked into twisted I ordered.“

“Updated review 10/11/25: My husband and I came in to get two Pumpkin Pie Crunches and decided to try a Pumpkin Smash Bowl. I told the cashier that we’ve heard great things about the bowl. She told us that to her it had too much pumpkin for her liking. We like pumpkin, so we decided to try it anyway.

When our order was ready, there were two Pumpkin Pie Crunches and one Pumpkin Smash Smoothie. When we asked about the bowl, the cashier immediately blamed us and said we miscommunicated our order. I will be the first to admit and apologize when there’s miscommunication, but I really felt like we communicated this thoroughly. We mentioned the bowl several times, but we could hear her telling her coworkers that we ordered the one thing….and then her coworker or supervisor mentioned “customer satisfaction.”

They made it right and we didn’t get charged extra for the bowl, but I have a bad taste in my mouth with the way the cashier handled the situation and didn’t take any accountability.

10/10/25: I highly recommend the Pumpkin Pie Crunch! I'm not even huge on pumpkin pie, but I LOVE this drink. It's like a delicious pumpkin pie times ten! The coconut mimics whip cream and the granola mimics the crust. If I could have one every day I would!

This location was so nice and clean. The tables, chairs, and floor had all been wiped clean. Other locations aren't as clean as this one.

“Customer service was great—the girl working is really sweet, and the drinks were excellent. However, while my fiancé and I were enjoying our time, an older manager came in and spoke very rudely to an employee. It felt really inappropriate to witness as a customer, and honestly sad to see staff treated that way. It also seems like they only schedule one person at a time, which doesn’t feel fair to the employees. I hope management can address this, because the staff deserves better.“

“When door dash royally messed up the order by leaving items, this place went above and beyond by making Sure that the fix didn't get messed up. They gave extra cookies and left a nice note to help with the inconvenience. Thanks Twisted Sugar! You always brave the snow and ice at your drive up too.“

“The drink I got is normally really good. It's the one I normally get. Berry bad doctor. This time though, the raspberry puree wasn't mixed in and was just at the bottom of the cup in a puddle of thick sludge. The cream wasn't there, and the coconut was added so much it overwhelmed even the puree. Couldn't taste anything but coconut. It was disgusting and it was a waste of money. But the other drink my brother got was really good he said. It was a Samoan frozen hot chocolate. I will consider it an issue of timing as we did order when they opened to get drinks for work, but as an ex service worker I know that mornings are typically a bad time to make orders as your setting everything up still. So I'll still be ordering here in the future.
