Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in my life at the Smith’s center in West Point for employees stood around, laughing, joking. If I stood at the counter, didn’t even get an acknowledgment let alone an offer to take my order when I finally got somebody’s attention in order my coffee it took 10 minutes. I was the only customer there when my order was finished. They put the coffee on the counter without a thank you have a nice day or come again, Dutch Brothers beat some hands down
