I’ve been meaning to post for a while now but I love going to the Twisted Sugar in West Point! The team there is amazing, so friendly and provided great service! Highly recommend!

I really wouldn’t consider myself a drink person, but I think twisted sugar is a fair step above the competition that it makes it worth it. They offer Dr Pepper zero, which is pretty uncommon at most places, and they get my order right pretty much every time. The chocolate chip cookie is really good, mainly because it hits that perfect balance of cookie dough-ish. Love this place.

So welcoming and worked their hardest to get my order! Ended up having a super big order for a coworkers birthday, and needed all gluten free. They were quick and ready for the challenge. I appreciated their uplifting spirit, even eith such a large order

Pam sent an extra cookie for doordash. As my first time ordering i will say i am hugely impressed. The drinks excellent price and cookies to die for A huge fan and customer from thia moment on Hands down 5 srmtars and two thumbs up!!!!!!

I went through the drive through at 8:20 and the message came on the menu board that they were closed. Everything i can find says they are open until 9.

I'm tired of paying extra to add cream in my drink and then not get cream in my drink. It happens with 50% of my orders. If you added it up, I think I've spent $20 on cream that I've never gotten! Their employees need to pay closer attention to detail. This location has lost my business.

I cannot recommend this soda shop and cookie place enough. The owners are absolutely stellar, they have been so kind to us. We've been to other not so great places, and can't value their customer service enough here! Happy bonus, they have Mt. Dew zero, Dr pepper zero, and coke zero. Please support them!

Probably my favorite cookie store. The cookies are a normal size so you don't make yourself sick by eating a whole one. They have a lot of different options to choose from. Pumpkin chocolate chip and oatmeal cookie butter are my favorite.
