Love this place. When I need to have a conversation and long visit this is my go to to take friends and relatives.

Got a to go order. My soup did not have the chocolate covered strawberry nor roll with it. I tried to get help but no one would listen to me, they just walked around me or ignored me. The service here is absolutely terrible. I also ordered the strawberries with chocolate sauce, it was less than half full. This is not the best Zupas to go to. I feel like I was scammed out of my money.

I ate something from one of their nutritional bowls and got food poisoning not too long after and had to go to the hospital. I've always loved zupas and their nutritional bowls but this was disappointing to say the least now I have to second guess where I'm eating from because of this misshapen.

I take my daughter who works closer by to lunch here a few times a month, and if u had my choice, we would do somewhere else. The food is 6 the service is very 6 me to think it's the people who decide what's on the menu weld how it's made that needs an up do. Think about it. BTW this zuppa store is in Jordan landing

I had made a doordash order and the problem was mostly with them. I had placed an order and 3 dashers were assigned my order after 45 minutes I called in and wasn't intending to be mean but I was upset that the dashers were wasting their time. Well turns out someone else took my order and the poor girl I was on the phone with was really nice and they got my order out and to me within a few minutes. Food is always delicious! Maybe a suggestion is to make sure the right order goes to the right person if its a delivery somehow.

I ordered the large Dubai shake. It was a 12oz cup with 8 whole strawberries drizzled in pistachio sauce from a syrup bottle. At the register, the cashier told me it was $18.99. What a joke. They don’t even blend it.
The food is always good. The service is always good. It does get a bit packed around lunch time.

Allie and Garret and Bode were so much fun. They cheerfully helped us select the best slice of cheescake, each debating the best features of each slice. They made us feel so invited and welcomed. I wish I had kept track of the two ladies that helped with the soup and salads. Thanks for such a good evening and great food.

For as overpriced as Zupa's is, it shouldnt be making you sick. Went tonight for a school fundraiser and now 2 people in my family are sick with food poisoning.
