Love Zupas but this location is the slowest ordering station. Almost seems like know one knows what exactly to do or how to work with some speed. Need more training. Won’t be back to this location unfortunately..

I normally really enjoy this location. But today I was very disappointed. I got the mudslide brownie and it tasted funny, like it was moldy or bad flour. Even my 10 year old daughter took one bite and spit it out. I went up to the front to let them know it tasted moldy or something. And the girl said "I took it out today. So I know it's fresh." And just stared at me. So I said you should probaly check the rest of them. And she walked away.
The rest of my service was really good and the fall special soup and sandwich were amazing!

This place, definitely surprised me, I tried it for the first time today and I was not disappointed. My go to and favorite place to eat is usually chipotle, but I think this place might just be my new favorite. I got the southwest bowl and the tomatillo salsa dressing is absolutely delicious. 10/10

Ordered a large soup to be delivered for my sick mom. She said it looked like this (see picture) when she opened her front door. She wasn't able to eat any of it and I spent $16.97 for nothing. Tried emailing Zupas multiple times to fix this, but have never heard back. Very disappointed.

This whole experience was horrible. I do not recommend this Zupas at all. It took 20 minutes just to order and there were only 3 people in front of me. This location was horrible. The staff were super rude and inconsiderate to everyone in line. The person in front of me ordered 12 strawberries and the worker shoved all 12 into the smallest to go container they had, ruining their strawberries. Super unprofessional, I honestly couldn’t tell if there was a manger on duty because of how unprofessional each and every employee was. I 100% DO NOT recommend this zupas. Please spare your time and money and go somewhere else.

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews but this isn’t the first time I placed an order online and was told it would be ready at my selected time, only to arrive and have to wait 30 minutes past my pickup time. I could have stood in line today and ordered my food and had it sooner. Very disappointed.

Me and My Husband came in 09/28/24, We've never been to Cafe Zupas before so we were unsure what to get. This sweet girl Zoey helped us figure out what we would like and the food was incredible! I got a Mediterranean Bowl and My Husband got the Power Bowl. This location is amazing! The staff is friendly, It was clean. I will definitely be coming back.
Cafe Zupas is always a hit in my book. Amazing food, lovely atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Zupas will always be an option when I'm considering eating out.

This location is amazing! They go out of their way to make you feel at home. My usual order is just a large Wisconsin cauliflower to go. They are welcoming, incredibly kind and they know my order as soon as I walk through the door. Zoey, Garrett and everyone else are absolutely incredible! This is by far my favorite location! The customer service surpasses all expectation! Thank you ALL for everything that you do! You’re legit the absolute BEST! Happy Friday & see you next time! ????
