This specific Zupas is no worse than others. The food is always great. The service is always doing the best they can. It's not their fault. Every Zupas has the same workflow problem. It's especially bad if you're ordering for a group. I always have to order at least twice. Often I have to explain the order three or four times. I generally try to stay positive but the workflow in all Zupas drives me crazy! Perhaps it's to allow for the most flexibility when ordering, but, for me, it's chaotic.

They are ridiculously slow. I ordered online so that I could skip the line. 50 minutes later my order was ready. The original order said it would be ready in 12 minutes. I counted the number of people who went through the regular line and I could’ve waited in line 3 times in the same time that it took them to get my to go order.

I ordered two Wisconsin Cauliflower soups through the app, and when I got home, what I received was literally a liquid that did not taste like soup at all. It was very unpleasant to come home and find out that I was given what felt like flavored water instead of soup. I’ve been eating here regularly, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. Unfortunately, I feel like I just lost my money today.

The new Powerbowls are really chicken bowls.
If you don’t eat chicken, especially if you’re a vegetarian, the Powerbowls end up being a weak salad.
This restaurant chain needs to come up with a real vegetarian option for the Powerbowl

What a shit show at the woodscross location. If the employees would focus on taking orders and making them vs taking 5 orders at a time the probably wouldn't mess up the orders. They had to make one of our salads twice and modify it once after that. Had to make our sandwich twice. And overcharged me on top of it. Try two combo 12.99 charged full price for sandwich and half salad. Order ID # 1318399772696

Got a to go order. My soup did not have the chocolate covered strawberry nor roll with it. I tried to get help but no one would listen to me, they just walked around me or ignored me. The service here is absolutely terrible. I also ordered the strawberries with chocolate sauce, it was less than half full. This is not the best Zupas to go to. I feel like I was scammed out of my money.
