Contacted Culinary Fusion for a day-of aviation catering request that included different meal requests for 10 people. Was impressed with Wendell's responsiveness and ability to manage the order on short notice. The food was fresh and flavorful...hard to find with aviation caterers. Have seen slightly better presentations, but the quality made up for it. Highly recommend if flying out of SLC! Thanks Wendell!!

Gourmet Fusion was spot on for my in-laws 60th Anniversary celebration. We wanted a homey, comfort food menu and Chef Wendell did not disappoint our 50 guests. Everything was flavorful and beautiful, and he was great to work with throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to use Gourmet Fusion again, and look forward to it.

Unbelievable chef. Wendell knows what he is doing. I have had the pleasure of dinning on his food several times and I am always amazed on how delicious his food is. Wendall and his team catered our dinner party for 10 with an international theme. He prepared creative and delicious foods from Spain, France, Italy, Thailand and India. Each course was elegant in presentation and taste. We had a wonderful evening and all of our guests loved the experience. We will definitely use Gourmet Fusion again.

Wendell is a wonderful chef. He is so easy going he makes the whole experience of planning an event a joy. Wendell created a delicious and unusual Celtic meal at my home for 28 people. He was completely open to working with the theme of the evening and tying the food to the event, everyone loved his food creations. The service and presentation were superb. I highly recommend Gourmet Fusion.

Wendell has fantastic food, and an excellent staff. He has catered many events at our company, and recently did a fancy dinner for 60. Everyone had great things to say about the dinner and the lovely desserts.

Gourmet Fusion catered our company Christmas Party at the CEO's home and we couldn't have been happier. He provided us with menu selections, arrived promptly, offered better service than we could ask for and cleaned up in a timely manner. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a catered affair. Wendell offered us healthy selections, gluten-free and vegan which satisfied everyone. The food was delicious.
