The food tasted every bit as good as it looked in the commercial. It was delicious. They have a great selection of soft drinks. They also have a great selection of desserts, of course. The atmosphere was approximately what you'd expect at a sit-down area of any fast food restaurant. They had been busy and had few clean places to sit.

I got the smallest ice cream I could get and it was still 6$ just to find it didn't have any marshmallow inside, either they forgot to add some, or they barely give you any to taste.

Unfortunately, our experiences at the Woods Cross Dairy Queen have been consistently frustrating. Nearly every time we visit, something is wrong with the order. On our most recent trip, we received the wrong item — a 4-piece chicken strip meal instead of the 6-piece we were charged for — and it was the plain version rather than the sauced chicken strips we were also charged for. While the cheese curds are still enjoyable, the rest of the food is fairly mediocre, and it's hard to overlook repeated mistakes. At this point, it’s difficult to justify returning when accuracy and quality continue to be an issue.

Always check your order before you leave. Got home with two wrong shakes. This has happened multiple times they repeat my order back correctly then still make the wrong blizzard. I usually just ignore the error and enjoy however it's happened so often I'm just getting frustrated.

For my whole life Dairy Queen has always been my go to favorite fast food place. Unfortunately this place has let me down one too many times. We’ve had multiple orders that have been messed up in the past, but this time they crossed the line! They finally released our favorite Blizzard (S’mores) and it was disgraceful. We had about 2 bites of s'mores and the rest was a melted ice cream mess that a $1 McDonald’s ice cream would have surpassed in quality! To say we’re disappointed is an understatement. Dairy Queen you might have just lost yourself one of your most loyal customers!

Rachel at the drive through screwed up my order and then copped an attitude with me when i asked her to correct it. Hopefully she’s not working there anymore next time we go back.
