First time in tonight. Ordered a large Hurricane and she brought it over. No lid, so I looked around and found what I thought was a lid from a basket on the counter. Didn’t fit due to it being about an inch plus above the cup edge. Ok, thought, I’ll go clean this up and put a new one on so it fits. Nope. Didn’t fit. So I grab another one so it drips into the bottom lid. I leave. This is what I got to clean up when I got home. Now why would you not ask if I was taking my shake to go? And then put a proper lid on it? Especially when I haven’t been in before and had no idea that the lids I grabbed weren’t even lids for this cup. So no wonder the mess was so bad. Will likely never return.

Employees are always so kind, and the ice cream is super yummy!

If you have never tried this place, do yourself a favor. Patient staff, never too busy when I’ve gone, happy to give you samples (but be cool and “don’t abuse your sampling privileges.” -Larry David). So many different flavors here, types I would never normally try here like pumpkin and blueberry muffin were SO good. Great place to expand your ice cream palette.

They were very genenerous with my school. They gave teacher appreciation gifts. They also do in store fundraisers for schools.

The kids working on Sunday 6pm were horrible. I ordered black raspberry chunk with caramel They put the Carmel in another dish and NOT WITH THE ICE CREAM. Also we preordered and they didn’t even start the order until we arrived to pick it up. Claiming they didn’t see it. But while we were waiting. The computer beep a couple of times very loud and they commented there’s another 2 orders.

Love coming here!! Tonight Morgan was especially wonderful and diligent in her work keeping the place under control, keeping a steady flow, and making customers smile even though she was doing everything herself at the time! She served over 10 people in line before me whilst keeping an upbeat atmosphere.

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because for a fundraiser event they did not properly staff the place tonight. We hope that employees Annie and Claire are recognized and given bonuses for running the entire place alone tonight. From 630-830 the line never stopped (it may have lasted even longer but we were gone). It was literally out the door. They continued to serve groups of 5+ at a time with patience and smiles. There was just poor planning on only having 2 staff scheduled for a fundraiser event.

Went here about 6 months ago I was meaning to do a review and forgot. The kid helping us, I believe his name was Christian was amazing. One of the best customer service I have ever had we will definitely be coming back to see Christian again. Thanks again!
