The food could have been better, I asked for a sirloin steak and I asked for it to be very well done. My steak came back to it being medium rare, so then I had asked again if they could cook VERY well done and when they came back with my stake it still came out rare. While my family and I had ordered NICELY, to a waitress with glasses that had her shift at around 9:30 p.m., was extremely rude. She kept on rolling her eyes and giving us an attitude. Also, before we had walked in we had to wait about 4 minutes because that same waitress was laying down in a booth.

They were short staffed both up front and in the kitchen but they did a great job of stopping by to check on us regularly. Food was hot & fresh and made exactly how I asked. It's rare to go into an IHOP (or any restaurant anymore) and get such great service when they're shorthanded. Kudos to the staff and management for going above and beyond.

This place and its servings have changed...in a bad way. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad and when it arrived, the serving was so small I thought it was an appetizer instead of an entree. I remember when it came in a big plate with a bountiful of greens and chicken. It was truly pathetic. I guess you get what you paid for at 10.99. For $3 more, you can get a huge taco salad at Black Bear diner. Mental note, we're going there next time.

We stopped by IHOP for breakfast after an extra stressful medical appointment and after getting about 5 minutes from home, realized our cash was missing! After looking through everything I called the IHOP and explained our situation and asked them if anyone had turned anything in or if anything was found in the bathroom. Luckily a young man employed there found it and promptly set it aside for us. This kind of honesty and kindness is not seen as much as it used to be, but really goes a long way in showing that there are still honest and decent people around. I did not catch his name, but when I find it out I'll post it and see that he is praised. Thank you

Walked in to place a to go order. The gentleman with the Holiday sweater (Gauge) did not greet us. Stood there for a minute walked over to another employee, conversed came back and walked away. The other employee greeted us and after waiting Gauge came back. At this point, we requested someone else because he clearly did not want to assist us. Very ironic as, while we waited for our order he greeted every other customer that came in. Thank you to Riley for assisting us, guess she does not mind assisting people of color.

I think our servers name was Meli on Saturday 11/16 and she was very kind and efficient! Extremely professional and helpful. The service and food was amazing as well and there was hardly a wait at all! She was also very sweet to my toddler and that was much appreciated 😊 I recommend this IHOP if you are ever in the area looking for great service and great food!
greatly appreciated the amazing service and especially the fact that we had our fur baby with us and he got a lot of attention, too!

It took them three times to make French toast, and they still got it wrong. We ordered blueberry pancakes and they brought us strawberry. Their cook has no idea what the items look like on the menu. This place is garbage
Vegetarian options: If you're not a true vegetarian meaning you eat eggs then this place isn't bad
Dietary restrictions: No gluten-free anything, and they poison the omelettes with pancake batter
