One of if not the cleanest IHOP/Denny's style places I've ever been too. Employees are fun and friendly. ricing is solid, not too cheap and not too expensive. Food comes out hot and fast. Can't ask for much more!

Do not order the T-bone steak. It was about a quarter inch thick. A 12-year-old child to cook a better breakfast than that. Almost any place is better than IHOP, I have never had good food at this chain of restaurants
The food could have been better, I asked for a sirloin steak and I asked for it to be very well done. My steak came back to it being medium rare, so then I had asked again if they could cook VERY well done and when they came back with my stake it still came out rare. While my family and I had ordered NICELY, to a waitress with glasses that had her shift at around 9:30 p.m., was extremely rude. She kept on rolling her eyes and giving us an attitude. Also, before we had walked in we had to wait about 4 minutes because that same waitress was laying down in a booth.

They were short staffed both up front and in the kitchen but they did a great job of stopping by to check on us regularly. Food was hot & fresh and made exactly how I asked. It's rare to go into an IHOP (or any restaurant anymore) and get such great service when they're shorthanded. Kudos to the staff and management for going above and beyond.
