Big shout out to the amazing Kerry for going above and beyond with fixing an order issue that was not due to the restaurant but door dash. She was thorough with communication and because she is a compassionate human, she made sure my family was well taken care of during the hassle. Her kindness and amazing customer service really touched my heart, so wonderful to see this type of service now a days. Thank you again Kerry, and thank you to the kitchen staff for the wonderful fresh food!

We placed a take-out order for 7 people. Something from each of the meals ordered was missing. 2 of them were missing half the meal (meat, hashbrowns, eggs). When we went back in it took me than 5 minutes just to get someone to help us. Then all we got was excuses for the errors, never an apology. By the time we got to eating the rest of the food was cold.Everytime we have ordered from here there has been something wrong with the order. We are done ordering from this location.

The food was very bland, my boyfriend got the Colorado omelet and it was awful. I got the avocado toast and it only had 3 tiny little slices of avocado on it, definitely falsely advertised. I will not be eating at this ihop again and probably will be hesitant to eat at ihop in general anymore. I've been a loyal customer for years so this is very disappointing.

The good was so so, the service was slow. They charge nearly 4 dollars for a soda and don't give refills. That I think was due to the poor service. Somehow my 13 dollar lunch cost 21 dollars.

Bad service when it’s late at night and empty. They’ll see you’re the only one standing at the front desk and don’t bother to greet you… even if they know they’ve received online orders and customers/delivery drivers are going to pick them up.

Love midnight breakfast. The food is so yummy and so was the waitress. Polite efficient attractive with a good charming attitude. Reasonable price to fill the belly with good tasting grub. And no line. My bro says it's his fav restaurant.
