Another store ruined by Door Dash. I guess 3 employees couldn’t be bothered to help the only customers in their store. We didn’t even get the correct order despite waiting 20-25 minutes for our sandwiches to be made.

I first had JM years ago and thought it was ok. Then I went to the one downtown, the sandwich was small and it made me sick. I was at the woods cross location today and thought the sandwich was real good, I will for sure be back.

My sandwich was delicious! My only thing was the wait was a little too long since I was on my lunch break and the staff were stopping to have conversations with other staff rather then focus on hungry customers. Still an upbeat and welcoming staff. Will come back, just not when I'm in a hurry.

Those awesome workers cooked me some fresh bacon in my sandwiches and they were super funny, kind, respectful, and aware to the customers needs and desires! I will certainly be coming back very soon!

I went in and I usually get a club sub and they asked me whether or not I want it Mike’s way. I was served by Haley and she made me feel like a complete idiot because she didn’t know how to do her job and not do a sandwich mikes way. Hire better people.
Jaxon wood tho is a baller, he was coaching the kid cutting the meats. Now just coaching Haley on customer service.
