First off I went In several minutes before closing. The staff proceeded to just stay in the back and gossip which I could hear. Not until I yelled “hello” someone came out and said “they are completely out of bread and lettuce. Which is hard to believe because they were already closing the deli early before closing time.
The Woods Cross crew just gets it! The best staff who always gets my order right and makes sure my wife and I are taking care of. Alex is the best employee, He always make sure to double check that what I said is what he heard. The staff clearly takes pride in their work. Yes, it is a Jersey Mikes but this team gets it. They can be slammed with a lunch rush and online orders and they are still efficient and get orders right and on time. Been such a good experience since moving to NSL we've been several times over the past year.

Went here for lunch today. Food was good but the employees were bickering about broken equipment. They said the grill was down for 1/2 an hour and the guy in front of me decided to leave because of that. I ordered a cold sandwich and the guy slicing couldn’t get the slicer to unlock the meat that was on it and was messing around trying to get it to unlock while the thing was turned on and still spinning 😬. Then I order a drink and they tell me the ice machine is broken too.
