It's McDonald's. Staff is always nice through the drive-thru. Service is usually quick. I rarely go inside. Convenient location.

Tried to order a double cheeseburger as a medium combo meal. Was told WE DON'T HAVE THAT. What? Went round and around trying to figure out what the heck this gal was mumbling about. Ended up backing out of the drive thru. Don't know what was going on with that employee.. but I really don't want my food handled by people who cant handle taking a rather simple order. Needs training.

They must not clean their teapots or something... My cup of unsweetened tea is opaque and tastes like diet. I've sent a complaint to the health department, because this is unacceptable. Photos are available for reference.

Late Saturday evening, the place was loading with teenagers, so it was pretty loud. That's not a problem because they seemed well-behaved and this was a good place for them. There was also a line at the drive-through; again, not a problem as a lot of places were already closed, and we went inside. The problem was our to-go order, which included burgers & fries. We were given no salt--a must for an order including fries--no ketchup--again, a must for an order including fries--and no napkins--a must for EVERY order. I can understand giving none of this for in-store dining, but a to-go order needs these things in the bag when the order is given to the customer. What are they going to short the customer on next, the lids to the cups of soft-drinks?

There were no cars in the drive thru. Took forever to “answer” the drive through telecom. Then took forever to get me shakes. Frustrating to be made late, even though I ordered something so simple.

We love mcdonalds for fast meals with the kids but this location has the worst service ever! They never get your order right so check your bag before u leave. And when u tell them what they missed, they act annoyed. When they give the bag of food they missed, check it again because half the time they got that wrong too! They also intentionally don't give u sauces you ordered on the app because they tried to say u can only have 2 per nugget meal. Then your food is cold after dealing with all this.
Today I went to McDonald’s with my Bestie friends and so apparently he ordered a double cheeseburger with two extra patties and only gave him one so this is not OK and I think the actions have consequences and you should really get a hold of your patties and also he went to the manager And he’s even told them that he only got one extra patty when he asked for two and so this is not OK and so basically it’s not OK and the manager just ignored him and it was really mean. And in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever visited. I ordered two extra patties on my double cheeseburger and I only received three patties. This is preposterous. I went up to the manager to ask for another Patty and he ignored me and walked away. Do not go to this location. I repeat do not. There are close enough McDonald's to go to other ones. Amen.

Makayla who was servicing the drive-thru intercom near the building needs to learn patience and some manners. Rude and unprofessional! It was not busy and we didn’t have much to order. But then again with her impatient tone and even had the nerve to let out a *sigh* when we just asked for a moment to gather all our order, I would not feel comfortable to continue my order. More training or maybe a better station would be best for dear Makayla. However, thankful for the next worker that took our payment and addressed us kindly.

I ordered from this location this morning and opened my meal to find a fat huge disgusting cockroach. I could not believe it. I opened the wrapper and it popped right out. This location has been reported Davis country health department. Do NOT eat here!
