Miranda at the SECOND window is one my favorite people at this location she always looks put together and always smiles at me, she definitely deserves a raise! . Shes always kind super fast gets u what u need when u ask for it but everytime i go inside the higher staff treats their younger employees like trash! especially that very kind young woman the higher staff does not care foe the kids working there. The rest of the employees are extremely rude especially the managers, They dont smile dont greet you and are disrespectful its very slow when u go inside.

Terrible, forgot my drink and had horribly under salted frys
Went to the drive through at this McDonalds tonight and I ordered 1 medium French fry. Two Oreo McFlurrys and a number 2 with large fry. I asked the girl to please substitute the drink from the number two for one in the McFlurry If it was possible. She said yes, which was awesome.
I don’t know if they originally had the medium French fry to the order because I thought the total amount for the food was fair Shame on me for not looking better at the screen. They might’ve missed it and I missed it too. No big deal. The problem came when I got to the first window. After I paid I happened to asked him if they got the medium french fry on our order.
This poor kid had a meltdown and I told him twice twice it’s OK buddy not a big deal but it was a huge deal to him like he felt like he did something wrong so I said that’s OK. Have a good night and I pulled forward.
Here’s where the inexcusable poor service came from. The girl asked if I paid I said yes, but the gentleman at the first window had a big meltdown. She ignored that comment and handed me the McFlurry to proceed to tell me to pull around to the front and park in slot one. After she ignored my remark about the kid at the first window I told her no I’m not moving until I get my order. She was very surprised, I did tell her they better hurry up and get my order so we don’t keep other people waiting. She repeated almost the same thing and said they didn’t want to keep people waiting. Is the reason I need to pull forward Also they wanted to make my food fresh. Here’s the go getter. I said well you better hurry up.
she looked at her manager said I won’t pull forward. Immediately around back to me and handed me my food. I was at this pick up window for maybe 30 seconds total from start to driving off. only 10 seconds after I told her no I wouldn’t pull forward. Why would you have somebody pull forward For a 10 second wait? She slammed the window on me after handing me my food so I had a few choice words for her When I drove off. Last But not least my food was extremely fresh. The fries were super hot. Food was good service was the worst ever at McDonald’s

I have waited for over 15 minutes in line and have not been given my food. I have been approached by 2 workers saying they don’t have my order and that I need to explain what I ordered. The vehicle that was parked in front of me received an order and questioned what they got before they drove off well I assume that was my $22 order. Now I’m at the 17 min mark and I still don’t have food. I have asked for a refund and will not be going back to this location. Pay attention to what people order and hand out the correct order the first time.

I don't know about you but McDonald's is not serving the same food. Filet o Fish tastes more like cheese than fish. Maybe the cheese is thicker or the fish is smaller and the taste is not the same. The Big Mac is just bread, sauce, and lettuce. The two patties are so thin it's ridiculous.

I placed a large order and was told I couldn’t pay for it after the entire meal was already prepared and set out because their machines weren’t working. I left with no food, no apology, and watched them likely waste all of it. Incredibly frustrating and wasteful. Poor communication and zero accountability. Classless experience.

Drive thru night shift crew @ 3am is very rude. They interrupt you and use a tone like that they’re annoyed that you’re there.

It's McDonald's. Staff is always nice through the drive-thru. Service is usually quick. I rarely go inside. Convenient location.
My fries were good. My burger was nearly cold. The service was great! Friendly and helpful staff.
Tried to order a double cheeseburger as a medium combo meal.
Was told WE DON'T HAVE THAT.
What?
Went round and around trying to figure out what the heck this gal was mumbling about. Ended up backing out of the drive thru.
Don't know what was going on with that employee.. but I really don't want my food handled by people who cant handle taking a rather simple order.
Needs training.
