Really miss the old Mcdonalds. Where food was cheap yes, but actually fairly fresh. At least made within the last hour. Not the last SEVERAL HOURS+++.

Ordered a mobile pickup for some breakfast items at 10:45. We proceed to drive 15 mins to get our order. I tell the lady my code and she said they dont do breakfast all day and to pull up to the last window. The 2 ladies at the window had an attitude for no reason. I tried to explain that I had already been charged for the order and that we ordered it before 11 am. She walked away where I was greeted by another lady who was rude. She said she tried cancel on her side of things, that it will just be pending on my account and if it doesnt get refunded to come back and talk to the store manager. First off, why accept the order in the first place on the mobile app. 2nd why cant you cancel on your side of things. 3rd its not like all the ingredients cease to exist after 11 am, if I placed the order already which you guys apparently couldn't cancel on your side of things, why not just make it, after I had already been charged? Even if I do get my refund, I shouldnt have to wait for it to pend. And if I dont get my refund why should I have to come back in and deal with you guys after you were rude? I understand if things are out of your personal control and if you would have explained that, offered an apology or just been less rude, I would just take this up with the business alone and not be do frustrated.

We ordered DoorDash and only got a soda. Called the Dasher, she told us there was only one bag waiting for us, so we called the restaurant and a teen kid answered and listened to our complaint, then asked us to hold. Covered the phone and started explaining the situation to someone else who *HUNG UP ON US.* We tried to call two more times and they just ignored the call? Like, I get it, you’re McDonalds, not the Ritz, but hanging up on customers is low even for you all. Considering spending the weekend crank calling you just to be petty.

It is 5 times in a row now that the workers have told me that the official McDonald's app deal codes are not valid. Even though the app has already accepted it. After showing the workers my screen and them accepting my code I have been refused. The manager is even less helpful, telling me, and their employees, that we are wrong.

Second time trying to upload my review!
Literally what the heck is this! I wish I was lying but sadly I’m not. This is absolutely disgusting! I did a small Order on January 9,2026 when I got home I opened my 4 piece and this was inside of it…..
I tried calling the location multiple times and nobody answered the phone either.
So I drove back to McDonald’s and the guy manager( bigger guy) Had the nerve to say that I was lying. He asked someone to give me a 4 piece and told me to leave. I asked him to check the cameras and he just walked away from me and told me one last time to leave.
He honesty needs to be fired! He was absolutely not helpful at all. I’m posting this so everyone can check their orders now because this is absolutely ridiculous!

That was the best mcdonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Our food was ready within minutes of ordering, I had a 10/10 mcmuffin, and then a very nice employee helped us jump our truck in the parking lot. I recommend!

Most times I go here, it's fine. But one time the sauce I ordered was out of stock on my online order so they didn't put any sauce for my chicken strips. I wish they would have subbed for something or at least communicated. Instead, half way home I realized I had sauce less strips.

Been to a few McDonald's and the folks at this one seem really onery all the time. Can't even be bothered to say thank you or have a nice night. The one on 500 south does have much friendlier staff!

Absolutely extremely rude worker. I tried to let him know that his store had the wrong DoorDash instructions and it was trying to tell the Dasher to go inside the store, even though they were closed. He got extremely upset and rude and winded about how he can’t do anything about it. All I needed was for him to make a note for the manager so they could fix it for future Dashers.

I usually go to the McDonald's on 500 South in Bountiful - overall better service and food. I was near this one and stopped. Fries were cold and the staff were just visiting while I sat in the drive thru (no one but me in line) - me just waiting. I guess this is why I prefer the other McDonald's.

****STAY AWAY!!!!****

I Went to grab breakfast there the other day. The person who brought out my food, while I waited for it in passenger pick up #1, was LICKING AND SUCKING FOOD OFF OF HER FINGERS!?!?!

I tried calling for over a week and nobody picked up. When I finally spoke to a manager he said he'd 'look into it' and call me back.

What do you think happened?? NOTHING.
