Im so freaking sad I swear this is one of my favorite pizza places and they got everything wrong first off all it was a huge mass everywhere nothing seems clean in here they gave us the wrong pizza with all the ingredients we cant eat we are alergic to onion and it was full of it not even to a least eat what the gave us i need an exchange or something to keep coming

Their employees have clearly changed and it was so disappointing—people behind the counter just complained the whole time about how they didn’t want to be there and how busy it had been all day. Our pizzas sat on the rack of “to be cooked” pizzas for over 15 min before I had to ask “could you please start cooking our pizzas?” There were 4 employees working and there is NO reason it should’ve taken so long. Waiting over 45 min from start to finish. So disappointing.

This franchise, when first opened, was excellent, fast and friendly, high quality with people who knew what they were doing, trained. I would've given them 5 stars. Fast forward a couple of years and, wow, how things have changed. Today, the location is less than one star. Takes forever, has untrained workers and is overall a complete mess. Know that my review is not based on one visit, but about last 7-8 visits compared to maybe 30 visits previously. My wife and I are pizza lovers and we used to go at least once a week, but now try to avoid the place like a port-a-buddy. Whoever owns the place should sell to someone who actually cares. Avoid this place and you'll be far happier with another choice, any choice.

I'm very very impressed with my visit to mod today. I used to come here all the time while I was at work. But I just sat in the building for about 20 minutes without even being agnolaged while my pizza was sitting up on the shelf next to the expo counter getting cold. And they greeted other people comming in and helped 2 other online orders before even asking me why I was here. Very very uncomfortable impressed. This will honestly probably be the last time I ever come to this mod pizza.
Every time I go to the Woods Cross, UT location I receive good service but last night was superb! They all had great attitudes like they actually enjoyed their jobs and the food was fresh and great. When I scanned the app for points the cashier got excited to rack my points up with me. It’s the little things that make me keep coming back. Thank you! 😊

Not sure if it was a day or this place. Not a fan first time here and won't be back. No organization, overcooked crust and not at all cooked the cheese and veggies. Definitely under staffed had a huge line for lunch. They made my pizza and yes dropped it on the floor. Took awhile to get another one quickly made. I know accidents happen. Was not impressed of how it was ran. Ya had the employee only taking care of online stuff when ya had a big line. Hoping this place will get better with someone in charge.
