The slowest MOD I have been to across the country - 20 minutes inline behind 3 customers in front of me, all of whom had very minimal toppings and easy orders. If you're in a hurry don't come here.

Can't go wrong with MOD. This place was just as good as most. Only complaint I could give was the red velvet cupcake was not good. But that's a seasonal item and nothing to do with their pizza.

This locations quality highly depends on who you get. If you ask for extra bbq sauce and it’s the blonde lady 40-50 she will deliberately ruin your pizza. Had to scoop over 3 tablespoons off one spot, she was rude the entire time. I get times are tough, but if you’re going to be that short and miserable with customers at a job you work with customers… work elsewhere. Normally we love Mod, and the young man working with her was great. 12/24/25 around 11am and 12pm

Had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:48pm. I arrived and they had not finished it yet. It was clear management and staff are incredibly disorganized. I waited for 40 minutes and they had not even started making my pizza. I finally asked for a refund and he said he “thinks it went through” but if it didn’t go through in 3-5 business days to contact the manager. He wrote me a “refund receipt” (see attached photo). EVERY TIME I go to this mod pizza they mess up my order. They used to be good but the last three years this location has really gone downhill. Hire better people! This is the food industry and people get hangry when they have to wait for food that was promised at a specific time. Every single person in that restaurant was angry and that energy isn’t good for anyone. I suspect this location won’t be around much longer if this continues. They definitely lost a long time customer today which also makes me angry because I love their pizza. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!

Service was extremely slow and all of our pizzas were burnt. One pizza even had a hair baked into the cheese. As they continued making pizzas for our party, they used less and less cheese until there was barely any on the final pizzas. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, I asked the worker to put my pizza in a bag because my hands were full with my child. Worker tilted the pizza completely on its side to put it in the bag, and I didn’t think anything of it till I got home and half my pizza had slid off the crust. Food was all right, just wish the worker could’ve handled the food differently.

I've been to this Mod pizza perhaps 10 times, and I've been happy with my order pretty much every time. Their thin crust tastes much better than a lot of other places, their ingredients seem fresh and good quality, and I consistently have left satisfied. I hope this business keeps up their quality for a long time, I will be a returning customer.

This was some of the best pizza I've had. I got the Caspian pizza. The breadsticks are some of the best.
Used to love this place so it brings me no joy to write this but this place is a disaster. The last several visits we’ve made here have taken over 25 minutes to get a single pizza with no more than two people in the entire restaurant. This has happened the last 5 times at least. It’s officially hit the skids. No idea where the owner or manager is but there is zero care here.

Pizza is mid, but fine for the price. There was a woman today around 5pm who kept coughing all over the food - short and blonde. I did not feel comfortable with her making my food, especially since she didn't wear a mask and was actively handling food.

Pizza was pricey for size and toppings (ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 of their specialty pizzas). Crust is very thin, almost cracker like. If you like a thicker crust you might not enjoy this place. 3 pizzas and bread sticks set us back about $60. The staff was really nice but they seemed short staffed for a dinner rush. Definitely not their fault. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Parking is limited and terrible for this location.
