Rancherito's Mexican Food

Over charged us and when we pointed it out to cashier she lied to us about it and said they raised there menu prices. Which wasn't the truth she doubled charged us for one item. Manager took care of refund after having to get a little aggressive with cashier to get a manager.always get receipt at this location in Bountiful.

This location charges an arm and a leg for a subpar burrito and they still forget the red and green sauce. smh never going back. Food was tasteless bland and dry. food is too expensive to be taken advantage of. I highly recommend the centerville location over this one. Much higher quality and the service is ten times better. You can actually communicate with the workers at the centerville location instead of them yelling back WHAT???! Multiple times at the woods cross location being rude. Do better.

I’ve been to Rancharitos in Woods Cross several times and usually have good experiences, but today was disappointing. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito but was charged for a steak breakfast burrito, which is more expensive. I also asked for both red and green sauces but was only given green.

The bigger concern was when I cut the burrito in half and found a plastic plug inside (see photo). Mistakes happen, but that’s a serious food safety issue that needs to be addressed.

I’m sharing this so the owner and staff are aware, because I’ve enjoyed this place before and would like to continue coming back—but today’s visit left me concerned.

In the time it takes to wait for your order you can just buy all the ingredients from the neighboring smiths and itll still be less expensive. The food tastes like that's where they got it anyway

Prices online don't match in store like the two bean burrito special for $3.99. Cashier wouldn't honor deal on your own website. This was a couple weeks ago deal has been replaced on the website as specials may vary by location.

Horrible! The meat was so hard and dry and to big, and I got the carne asada burrito and the ranchero burrito and there was pork in both and that’s a big no in my religion, I asked for a refund and they said they can’t and they made me another burrito which I didn’t take

I don’t know when the UTAH Burrito started coming with shrimp 🍤 in a shell. But it shouldn’t. Horribleness is the best way I can describe it. Really? Shelled Shrimp in a burrito?!?! Cmon guys

Horrible!!! Meat was hard the got my kids a bean and cheese burrito and it was runny! We tried their hot Chito fries. The fries were hard. The meat was hard. There was barely any cheese. Worst location I have ever tried and I’m a big fan of Ranchitos broke my heart $76 to Feed my family worst place I’ve ever spent money on!!!!!!!!

This is the best Rancherito's I've ever been to. We ordered two different burritos (carne asada and chile relleno), and they were both huge and yummy. A little over $10 per burrito.

Literally the best. Lowkey better than the betos in bountiful ngl. I went there the other night with my best friend and I had the best carne asada fries I’ve ever had in my entire life, existence, experience, etc. ykwim. Everybody go support now. But the crane fries. 10/10 recommend 💗

Usually we love this place. But it took 27 minutes (proof on Google Maps timestamp included) to get our order. It was only 2 cheese enchiladas, we have never experienced a waittime at a drive thru like that.
