Our drinks were covered in so much perfume to which I have a severe allergy. Had to dump them out because they smelled so strong and made us completely sick. Shouldn’t be allowed to show up to a job in food service covered in perfume or scented lotion. Manager not doing their job.

Ordered a wrap and coffee through doordash. They sent me an empty wrapper and a coffee.. Like how do you forget to put the wrap in the wrapper, but you send the empty wrapper lol.

Placed an app order for an Americano—just an Americano. I waited in store for 20 minutes and watched as my order ticket remained in the printer for ~10 minutes. Not busy, just slow and not in a hurry at all. “Sorry about that wait”. Mmmm, I’m not sure you are.

Drink was good just melted - it had been sitting on the side for a while because Brent didn’t announce our order She also avoided eye contact with us the entire time

These guys know how to treat you as if you are the only person in the place. Plus, they know how to make a very excellent coffee. I go and get the grounds for my garden and they always give me some. Thanks Starbucks they're is no other coffee house that has treated me so well.
