I just left this location, I sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, I order a Venti pumpkin latte with an extra shot. Once I finally get to the window, the lady hands me beverage and it's a grande. I informed her I ordered a Venti, and she just stares at me. I inform her of I had to wait in the drive thru for that long she could have at least gotten my drink right and she slammed the window in my face . On top of that all, my drink didn't have an extra shot of espresso in it. Long wait tine, poor customer service and they charge for drinks they don't provide .

But personally I love a good LGBTQ+ friendly store with baristas who always make my drinks right and give me such great experiences everytime.Love everyone here but shoutout to Cory and Raven specifically. Been going to this location for awhile and the crew is so sweet and helpful. I always feel so welcome and it's pleasant to hang out in the lobby and browse your phone or read a book as you have your drink.There was one time they served it in a mug and it was delightful; it brought a homey spirit to the visit. Afterwards the rest of my day is always a bit brighter.

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere but I felt the need to let other people know about this before they come here. I usually love this location. The staff is always extremely friendly and they are always super kind about my overly complicated order. But today I came in and a woman was working that I don’t typically see here. She was pushy and rude about the 50% off sale they had going on. She asked me if I wanted to add extra stuff to my drink (which is already $10 because I like to add a lot already) and then asked if I wanted to buy cups when I told her I was finished ordering. The staff has never treated me this way. I could understand if it was just one time. But no means no! I said no several times before she stopped asking! How disgusting to try and force your customers to give up every penny they have. I came back later in the day to get another drink and the regular staff told me it was a general manager trying to get me to spend an absurd amount of money! Not even a worker there!Come here for the staff, not the management.
