ORGINAL: My chicken yakitori bento box delivered in a plastic box where the lid had melted onto my food.
UPDATE: I called Mr Sato’s and, despite it being a DoorDash order, they offered to deliver a replacement themselves immediately. Great customer service for an unfortunate mistake.“

“I have eaten here for many years. Always really good sushi, fresh and delicious. Love to try their seasonal/special rolls which they write on the chalkboard wall, along with my usual Hwe dup bap. I tried the Tuna Tartare because I love white Tuna. It's described as having Mango but mine came with peaches instead. I think mango would have been better but I still ate every little bit of it! Always very friendly service- am greeted whenever we enter. My go-to place if I'm wanting sushi, which is often.“
