I was initially hesitant to try this place due to the mixed reviews. However, after noticing the crowd outside a few times, we finally decided to give it a shot. We ordered their seasonal ones - campfire s’mores and blueberry cobbler, and both were excellent. The campfire s’mores was a delightful blend of rich flavours. I’m definitely tempted to return and explore more of their flavors.

Good ice cream, deceptive advertising for kids. Went in because they had a sign for free scoop for kids under 40”, but they said I needed to purchase an ice cream to get it, which the sign did not say. Couldn’t leave at that point with disappointed kids.

Giving 3 stars because Bruster’s is usually great! Awesome flavors and we love to come get little treats once in awhile.
We’ve been coming to this location since it opened and haven’t had any problems, until our order last night. My husband and I both ordered sundaes and a few hours later were dealing with some nasty food poisoning unfortunately!
Ice cream is still delicious though and I like their whipped cream.

I was trying to get a scoop of ice cream today since it’s been a while since I’ve been to Brusters. I trying to decide between two flavors: Horchata and Caramel Brownie Batter. I asked the guy at the register if I could try the horchata so I could decide. He said I would have to go to the back of the line in order to try a sample cuz there are people waiting. IT WAS ONE FAMILY BEHIND ME AND THAT’S IT. Clearly he was being lazy or decided to be rude today, but that was a disappointing experience. Trying one sample when there was no line is not a hard ask.

Worst place ever only come here for my kids how are you an ice cream store but can’t sell what you have in the store why you can only get cups or cones at a certain time when it says you close at a certain time unbelievable. Manager there is one of the rudest people ever I don’t know how people like her or whatever could run a place like this
Professional staff and tasty ice cream, a must to try with so many flavors including non dairy options (oat milk)

For reference, the order was 2 small cups (2 scoops), 1 medium cup (3 scoops), 1 medium cup with 3 toppings.Of all the Bruster’s ice cream shops in the area, this is the worst one. The inconsistency is very aggravating. I don’t understand how a “small cup” (2 scoops), and a “medium cup” (3 scoops), are exactly the same amount of ice cream served in the exact same size cup… and then try asking for your ice cream to be put in one of the plastic bowls… deer in headlights. It’s like you just asked them to explain quantum physics. This isn’t a one time issue, either. It’s almost every time.I don’t believe for one second that they are stuffing 3 scoops and 3 toppings into the same size cup as a small with no toppings, and then they put a cap on it (to go order) and it makes a complete mess. You order 3 scoops with toppings at any other location and it comes in a plastic bowl without having to ask, and it’s delicious and looks great. You’re telling me that they (stone ridge) are putting that same amount of ice cream and toppings into the same cup as a small? No way. They are either giving 3 partial scoops, or 2 scoops and charging for 3. Either way, it’s the same amount of ice cream for small or medium, but, they charge more for medium. It’s a rip off… and then they want a tip.The ice cream is ice cream. It’s good, just like every other location. The difference is at the 4 other locations I’ve been to in the area, the level of service and quality of your order are so much better.
4-26-24- Got half scoops instead of 1 full scoops, see pic.-Also got vanilla flavor instead of toffee and when I complained I was told by a brunette girl that I had eaten all, I said no you guys gave me half scoops to start with, a blonde girl was fast to correct and said dont worry about. Not coming back, 3 small cups of ice cream for over 20 $, bad service, and no eating what you want is not for me.

Contrary to the appearance, when we went inside, there were no tables and no customers, so we were a little disappointed, but after a while, customers kept coming and we were surprised the moment we ate the ice cream we ordered. The chewy and rich flavor of the ice cream captured my appetite, and I was eating ice cream filled to the brim with the waffle cone. My mouth was very happy for a while.

Ordered the coconut cream pie it tasted more like soap. They do give you a lot for the money but it wasn't good at all.
