Convenient within Harris Teeter, and has a good area for kids to sit while waiting for Tae Kwon Do next door, or while their parents shop. The staff is friendly though the place does get crowded during heavy shopping times.
I feel like people only leave negative reviews for chains like Starbucks, so I wanted to highlight my pleasant experience I just had today. My barista, Cortnie, was so nice to chat with as she made my order. Not only was her demeanor friendly, she made a delicious recommendation to my drink order! I wish I lived here so I could stop by again and again. She is deserving of recognition for being a light of kindness in my day.
I prefer other locations, the pike roast doesn't taste the same. Probably because it sits lot longer here in the container than the other proper Starbucks locations that are nearby
