Been wanting to try this place for a long time. Came in on Saturday around 1. SO glad I did. Without question, the 1/2 rack was by far the best I have had in the area. Absolutely no way I can replicate what they do. Perfect flavor and smoke. Awesome.
Also had the bacon beans. Another hit. It was subtly sweet with unique flavors.
Lastly they kindly gave us 3 smoked wings because we simply asked about them. Just kindness. They too were awesome.
The food was so good, when we were leaving we tipped an additional $20 for no other reason than to let them know their food is awesome.
Most importantly, besides the amazing food. You can tell immediately they are good kind people.

Drove all the way out to get food from here, only to find that they weren't set up at the location that they have listed. Wasted trip. ?

This place is located at a Farmers Market and we drive 1.5 hrs because these men are the TRUTH in Customer Service. He runs the orders and sides, gets us in and out, communicates to the chef on what's needed, and pushes the orders out with a SMILE and pleasant attitude no matter what is going on. These men are the TRUTH in how delicious the food is. AMAZING.

There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews for this place - because they have earned them. I found myself far away from home and was wondering what to do for a couple of hours while the kids were playing paintball. My wife and I found this place right down the street and headed right there. The food was so good! We had the ribs and they were perfect. Tender, flavorful and juicy with just enough texture to keep them from falling apart in your hand. We took home the chopped pork and wings for dinner. The wings were outstanding! The pork was good, but the ribs and chicken outshined the pork. Their spicy sauce had a good heat to it and the mild sauce was good too. The place was busy but the service was very friendly and it didn’t take too long for the food. The farmers market offers plenty to see while you are waiting and the picnic tables in the shade make it a perfect place to have a great lunch. The prices were very reasonable too. I’ve paid a lot more for inferior bbq at home.

For a farmers-market-esque gathering, this was some good BBQ for the money, assuming that you're looking for east coast BBQ. I had the chopped pork (seemed to be effectively pulled pork, but I won't complain). It was loaded into a cup, pressed down, loaded more, pressed down again, until the cup was packed with it. Add some BBQ sauce and baked beans for a side, and I called it a good lunch.

Long waiting time, very long, very very ridiculously longI don’t know what happened to their ordering process, I waited an hour with only 4 parties in front of me. However, at least another 3 parties jumped the line because they ordered by phone or something. If that’s the case, I will not stand in line again. Always order by phone.

Incredible food- the best BBQ I’ve had outside of Texas. But the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Took an an hour and 15 min from standing in line, ordering, and waiting until I go my food. Surely they can speed it up…

Gilbers corner cool people laid back spot outside next to a roundabout on us. Route 15 drive by it all the time figured id give it a try with pops and it's amazing, better than the one that is a couple miles away off route 50, the kale is perfect, beans are filled with flavor slaw hits that tang but not too vinegary and the full ribs were tender and pull apart, the pulled pork sandwich they overfilled it with the pork flowing over the bun and was cooked right (as most others who go to other bbq places its not easy to cook that pork to a 10 this hits the ball park, let's just say I'd go back again thanks guys you definitely get what you pay for ????

This was literally the best pit stop for a quick lunch we have had in a while. We got the BBQ sandwiches with coleslaw and it was a huge serving and the spicy sauce was delicious. Great coleslaw too that added a little sweet to the heat. Guys doing the cooking and servicing were friendly and organized/efficient. Great experience and would definitely stop again!

The food is so worth a wait in line and for them to prep. This is our favorite local BBQ and can't be beat. The burnt ends are a family favorite. Get there early for the full selection because they do sometimes sell out of certain items. Parking can get dicey at times during peak farmer's market hours but we've always been able to find a spot.
