Visited over Mother's Day weekend and had a spectacular time in the tasting room with Katie! we told her we were going to take her with us when we left because she was so great. as always, wonderful wine and even better service!

Paid a visit to this darling winery and now I’m hooked! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their fine selection of wine and spirits. The owner made his rounds to visit with all of the patrons. The venue is pristine and well kept. I was in awe of how they have been able to restore the old structures on the property. I have a great appreciation for the old photos commemorating the old mining community. I enjoyed the wine tasting and didn’t get the usual headache afterwards. The community should be proud of how this family has contributed to the local economy and I will continue to support them as much as possible.

I love this place. The setting is beautiful: creek, pastures, woodland, vineyards, and historic buildings. The staff members are really personable and welcoming. And the wine is very, very tasty, much better than most Virginia wines I've encountered. I heartily recommend this business!

We had a lovely Saturday afternoon at Iron Heart Winery. It's only a 15 minute scenic drive from interstate. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. We each decided on a 4 serving tasting which was a deal for $8. They had 13 wines to choose from varying from sweet to dry and red, white or blush. If you want something to snack on, they have a variety of fresh breads, crackers and cheese/salami trays. After our tasting, we strolled around the beautiful property admiring their bountiful grape crops. We'll be back!
