Ordered carry out from this business on Sunday 4/28/2024. When order was called it, the order taker was ask if linguini could be substituted for spaghetti noodles and explained I had, had throat cancer. Was told yes they could. In confirming the order was right, the substitution request was ask again and advised yes again. When I arrived to pick order up, I ask if they did make the substitution. No no I was told by the owner Mario, we call your wife 3 times and she said she didn’t want linguini she wanted spaghetti. It again was explained my wife would not do that because I had, had cancer and couldn’t eat regular spaghetti noodles. Mario explained no difference in noodles, all have same ingredients just smaller. I again explained wider noodles is easier for me to eat. At that point, I was told that’s between you and your wife. I said I tell ya what, you keep your food and started walking out. I was the yelled at and told you get out and you never come back in here and then threw my debit card at me. No worries, I will never enter that business AGAIN!!

I’m originally from New York and I love a good N.Y. Pizza, which unfortunately I have yet to find good pizza in the Richmond / Midlothian areas. Although, Midlothian had a place called A.N.Y. Slice, which was as close to New York style as you could get but unfortunately it was inconsistent like most of the restaurants in the area. Thank goodness my daughter moved to Amelia and discovered Mario’s. She said I have to try it when I visit so I did ?. The 1st time I ordered pizza to go and the aroma was so good it was difficult to not eat in my car…..to my surprise the pizza tasted like I ordered it in Brooklyn!!! However, the real test is consistency and consistent it has been. I’ve ordered 4 more times (to go) and each time I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you Mario!

Last Friday we stopped here for lunch. Previously we have had very positive experiences with our lunches and dinners here. However, this time there was a lot of yellow lettuce in my salad and also the pizza was noticeably overcooked making the crust harder than normal. The management was told about the salad at the time I paid at the register. The man who rang up the bill even said that yellow lettuce probably has a bitter taste. At that point there was no offer to discount any of our food - nothing. There seemed to be a severe lack of caring in this situation. This was a very disappointing and unexpected experience.

We made the mistake of coming after church on Sunday! Overall food was good. I got the cheese steak sub and husband got the chicken parm sandwich, both were good.

Wonderful place to stop. My calzone was huge and so delicious! My fiance ordered a mini pizza and that was good as well. The garlic bread was fresh and soft.

Not a soul in sight when I walked in. Zero cars outside should have been my clue. Inside was deserted except for a young kid, who obviously would have loved to be anywhere else. Two TV’s playing the same show, overlayered with static. Ordered a pizza. Ordering was easy was told it would be ten minutes. Waited in my car. Went in to get it, there was an old guy yelling at someone in Italian, cashier went to get him, he came out of back room, still yelling on phone at someone in italian the whole time. Tool my pizza out of oven, cut it and handed it to me while old guy was still yelling at someone on the phone in italian.I thought a pizza made by an italian would be pretty good. WRONG!!! It was easily the worst pizza I have ever eaten. 36 states, 5 european countries, including Italy. The toppings were sparse and what was there was piled in the middle. The dough was old and doughy. Pretty flat tasting and zero texture. Similar to using Pillsbury, only worse. The sauce was tasteless. Though it probably would have tasted better had there been more than 1 Tablespoon on a large pizza. For the lack of sauce, the pizza was pretty undercooked in the middle, yet almost burned on top and edges.Overall, the WORST pizza ever. I was told that it was pretty bad, but I always give the benefit of the doubt.Don’t go. Don’t buy. Go to Papa Murphy’s across the street. Much better pizza.Parking: Lots of parking due there being no customers because the food is THAT bad.

The worse pizza restaurant I've gone to. Poor service portions are not worth what they charge. Myself and friends will never go

The atmosphere was not welcoming, very unpleasant. Food was ok, the young lady that served us did well she was trying. But not a place I would revisit.

We got take out and I can say this we be the last time. The spaghetti was bland it had no seasoning at all. We also got the wings there was little to no meat on them. I don't see my family eating here again.
