Food was ok. Mine was great.My daughter thinks Maple syrup tasted different today, she didn't like it on her mcgriddle. Manager was complaining the whole time, had a bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind and polite in response to her and to the customers. Dinning room and bathrooms looked wonderful. Dinning room attendant was working hard yet was getting berated by manager. Manager had a bad affect on the atmosphere of the establishment. Kudos to her staff for keep smiling and working hard.

terrible customer service, not fast at all, and gets everything wrong all the time. i waste more money in gas and time, fixing my food than it’s worth… terrible terrible repeating experiences

I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal and got one cooked Pattie and one raw Pattie. I know it’s hard to believe so I have a picture I’m adding. I’m not sure what kinda town this is but I have never experienced that and I’m always traveling to many different states. I just ordered this today 8/22/2025 about 3:15pm through DoorDash.

Stopped here around 8:30 pm and the food was terrible. I picked up my food in the drive thru and the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich all tasted like they had been overcooked and been sitting out for days, it was not edible at all, the fries on the other hand were barely cooked. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain but had residue from pickles that had been removed. Very disappointed. I've stopped here before and had hit and miss service, but this time was the worst as far as food goes. The employees were nice and polite but no excuse for the lousy food. It'll be a long time before I give them another try. Very disappointed.

Wyatt, young man in the 1st drive thru window. He was incredible! Quickly and without judgement brought my food out to me because I couldn't fit with my truck. Treat him like the angel he is, please!

This review is for Wyatt, the young man in the 1st drive thru window. He was incredible! I came off a massive cross country road trip with 3 little hungry kiddos in my large truck. I had already ordered in the drive thru but realized I couldn't get through in my truck. Without judgement, he came and got my debit card AND brought us our food! This is shocking behavior for a young guy, let alone a mcdonalds employee. Please treat Wyatt like the angel he is! Way to go McDonald's for hiring a great employee!

The manager handed my food to a customer who was also waiting for food, took my food back inside while folding over my bag and setting my order to the side. She completed something else, turned around and grabbed my stuff to bring the same thing sh handed the person in front of me on accident....shouldn't they remake it if it went in someone else's hands and vehicle?
Went today and they messed up again....

White hair in my food whoever had white hair back there and it’s cold…

Very clean McDonalds and the staff always has a smile.

Terrible food, over cooked burger, fries barely warm.
