Have to give a shout out to this McDonald's, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon with a huge group of about 15 people, 7 of them kids. The staff was on top of it and were unphased by the large order we placed. The dining area was clean and we were all eating our food in less than 10 minutes. Afterwards the staff was great interacting with the rather talkative kids in our group, and they even gave a couple of them a small ice cream for doing a dance. Definitely top notch service and the food was also on point.

Took 30 minutes to get thru drive thru. Slow service & tried to give us wrong order. Just pitiful. Will just stop at Hardees next time.Parking: Just sorry lay out

Cashier (China) who was employee of the month had an attitude when I attempted to share that there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. also they got our order incorrect. Not customer friendly at all. I stop here frequently (over many years)on my way to and from Richmond, perhaps the Hardee's will be a better place in the future.
