Papa Johns Pizza

Won't let you order pizza before the cut off time at 730 and when an employee is rude don't bother about complaing because the manager believes whatever they say and make you out to be the bad guy instead saying you cussed at them . Hopefully this employee doesn't get away with this forever , just sad he knows he can lie and get away with it .

Love the fact this location has a drive-thru pickup. My pizza was fresh and hot and ready when I got there.

Ordered at 1604, was supposed to be ready in 15 min. Got there at 1620, they told me they just started it, and it would be an additional 15-20 min. Then, they updated the app to say I picked it up already. Shady and slow.
Edited to add: pizza was ready just now at 1650. When does pizza ever take this long?? And the bites were burnt, lol - Wtf? First time coming here since it was on my way home - definitely the last.

The crust was very bland. Otherwise good amount of toppings (sausage and double mushroom).

Local Service station, that had small slices of pizza, rarely have I brought or desired; however, never impressed with staff there, no greeting no thanks times I gassed up and went inside the store. It's basically an area where friendly customer service is rarely practiced.

Ordered online, Was told they opened at 11 and that the order could be ready by noon. I received a call that our order was canceled because they now no longer open until noon and couldn’t take orders until 12:10pm. Seriously I don’t care what time you open. Just have your hours correct online so people can actually make the correct decision on where to place the order.

Rude lazy staff.

Road-trip stop for us, and we've liked their pizza in the past. online order was processed for $14, but they said they never got it and that they've "had trouble with their online ordering." We rechecked our email to see that it was in fact "canceled." Had to wait 25 minutes in the store and pay 50% more for the same order. (Also, was prompted/felt pressured to pay befor the order before it was finished; refused, opted to wait till order was up, which seemed to annoy the employee.) Pizza wasn't cooked right (too much crust and bread bubbles); brownie was too dry/crumbly. Receipt machine also down; had to get the manager to use a back office printer. Called Papa Johns Corporate for some type of reimbursement; awaiting response.UPDATE: Manager was very gracious. Called me; wanted to make it right. Sent Papa Johns gift card .

Mice running around the outside and into the walls of this establishment, and seevice was just generally slow because the worker was just talking on the phone, she was so distrated that she forgot to even put the bacon on the cheese sticks not that it matters because a place with mice isn't somewhere I'm ever going to eat at. 07/06/2022For what it is worth the lady was at least a bit nice.

Ordered pizza. Got home and dough was raw, beyond disappointed with the service and lack of hygiene. Would give a 0 star review if I could. Stay away from this dump.

Placed on hold for over 20 mins. Said she was busy with other customers was still on hold when arrived to place my order in person. No one was in line and were not busy with other customers.

$1 pizza on Tuesday is a great deal.

No mask or gloves will never get pizza from that place

It may be small but it's always been good. It's nice to also know the people there remember who you are and I only order every couple weeks.
