Food was decent Mexican fare. The service, while not bad, was somewhat spotty and impersonal. Multiple servers showed up at odd intervals, never showing much engagement with or warmth towards our party of eight. Our food arrived one or two plates at odd intervals over the course of about ten minutes, giving the experience a disorganized and impersonal feel.

My grandmother and I went Thursday for lunch and it was the absolute best we have ever had. Must have been a new cook. Great atmosphere and food.

The food wasn't bad but it was certainly nothing out of the ordinary. The service is really quite slow even when few people are in the restaurant. Having waitstaff that can actually speak English would likely be helpful.

I am filing a complaint regarding a fraudulent and deceptive transaction with El Mariachi restaurant. I placed an online order through ChowNow and drove two hours to pick it up. Upon returning home, I opened the order and discovered that key items were missing (including cheese sauce) and several containers were only partially filled. The food provided was not consistent with what was advertised or paid for. I contacted ChowNow immediately, provided photographic evidence of the missing and incomplete items, and requested a refund. ChowNow relayed my concerns to the restaurant. El Mariachi responded by requiring me to drive back two hours to return the food in order to receive a refund. This request is both unreasonable and against health and safety regulations, as food that has left the restaurant cannot legally be reused. Despite providing clear documentation of the issue, El Mariachi has refused to take accountability or provide a resolution. Their actions demonstrate a disregard for both consumer protection and basic business ethics. Customers should be able to expect accurate fulfillment of their orders and fair resolution when issues arise.
Great Mexican food at a really good price!

I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants in my life throughout the United States, and El Mariachi is by far the best of the best. The people here are always friendly, and the food is always the amazing!

I would not recommend this restaurant based on our recent experience. Despite the place not being busy, we waited several minutes at the entrance while staff stood nearby talking. The food was overpriced for what was offered—my husband and I shared one plate and a beer, and the total came to $45 at what felt like a fairly average Mexican restaurant. Additionally, the bathrooms were not well-maintained, and the service was lacking. After our food was brought out, no one checked in with us for the rest of the meal.

They got the food done pretty quickly. We ordered the tropical shrimp tacos...they were decent but they are mostly spice! The birria tacos were ok...but were a little soggy and the consume wasn't that good. The burrito was soggy...favorite wise ok. The nachos supreme was not good ..soggy chips and bland! The burger deluxe was ok but not much flavor.
