Dirty inside, ordered a combo and only got a sandwich. The chicken looked old, was tough, smelled bad. Only went because I was hungry on a road trip. They were out of got dog buns?

These chicken fingers and fries taste like they are from yesterday. Yuk. Also, no sauce in the bag. I was hungry so I ate it, but what a terrible meal. I got it at 12:45 so still in the lunch time range.

Got the new sausage burrito this morning and a blueberry biscuit. Food was hot and fresh… service was quick with a smile!!

Got my order, drove all the way home and there were no fries in my bag. Ruined my entire dinner and spent over 50 dollars on my familys meal too! No at all a happy customer.

Chicken is dry. We waited a long time for our food. They forgot about my coworker food in the back till it was cold blamed it on being busy when there was literally 1 car in drive thru and 3 people inside managers were sitting in dining area laughing and distracting employees. Cleanliness is ok but there is some food on the floor.

Mens room smells strongly of sewage! 2nd time in 3 weeks I have been here and fish sandwich is advertised but have been unable to purchase it because they are out (tells that they were only sent 1 case). On a previous visit one of the doors were locked (I believe this in violation of fire code as door was not broken). Store always has a staff shortage problem. Parking lot and dining room seem clean. Employees are always friendly

I wasn't gonna leave a review but the guy who helped me and the rest of the staff was super pleasant and polite and that left me a good impression. Place was clean and well lit. It was late in the eveningand i was a weary traveler. The food is just like Hardee's food it. Not my favorite but it's good.

The restraunt is absolutely disgusting. The drink island has dried food and condments all over the place. Spilt beverages on the tables and floors. Ive literally watched 2 people look at the beverage area and walk right out. 🤢

I like Hardee’s a lot but one time I got a hair in my chicken and I just got a water downed sprite. Also the service is very bad, Hardee’s almost has one person working most times I go and it took 45 minutes probably more bc we got out of line after 45 mins.
