Wife and I stopped by the Rebec Vineyard for a tasting. (It's become one of our yearly vacation stops!). The wines were great, as always. Our tasting hostess Emily was a great addition to the staff since our last visit. She is so personable and welcoming. She really made an enjoyable day out even more so! We will be back next year!!
The Wine and Garlic festival was awesome as usual. Great food, great wine.

Today, Oct. 9, 2025 we tried the wines at Rebec winery. The tasting included 16 wines with some being unusual blends. Our wine guide Emily was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We had a brief conversation with the wine maker. We learned that the tasting room was built with the boards recycled for my 100 year-old barn from the property. We bought 4 bottles and plan to return.
Great winery. Tasty wines, nice deck to enjoy wine that overlooks vineyards. And staff are super friendly. I went there to see a local band which was so fun, and they had sangria, which was utterly delicious. Check them out.
Both the wine and Emily are 5 stars! An unassuming hidden gem.
Very fun tasting with lots of wines. The owner was friendly and informative. Many varieties of wines. Recommend trying them out.
Amazing tasting experience with Rebecca! This property has so much history and such a sweet family story. The wines were so delicious. They have a 16 wine tasting, or a pick your own tasting ; unbeatable prices! Rebecca was so pleasant and truly made our time there even better!
JUST STOP!!!
That's what I did on a whim yesterday before noon after passing by almost monthly for the last 4 years.
Initially had the thought of just purchasing 2 bottles of my much beloved Sweet Sofia but quickly decided to go for the tasting of the whites. I had not been here in so long, I figured why not.
Being it was so early I had the room and owner/wine maker to myself and we enjoyed chatting about the wine, food from here and his country and even people.
I shared with him how I've been to a winery where I liked absolutely nothing I tasted and how exciting it was to like every single one of his, genuinely.
Like I said...JUST STOP!!!
You'll be HAPPY you did!
Oh my, love this hidden gem. It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been here, but it’s still as peaceful and wonderful as we’ve known it to be. Emily was our host today and she deserves all five stars! Super personable and knowledgeable! And, of course, the wines were why we stopped in - highly recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Riesling. Add the charcuterie board and the doggie water bowl and…perfect stop!
Winery was a wonderful experience, hidden gem along Highway 29, the sommelier, named Hannah was very kind and knowledgeable about the products.
Svet, the owner, was warm and welcoming.
I highly recommend this winery if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate wine tasting experience.

we showed up on a very quiet Easter Sunday and were very lucky to get a great tasting with Svet!
Came on a windy wintry day and enjoyed the experience. Sweet was a great host. Very knowledgeable.
Stopped in by chance and had a lovely time chatting with the owner, the wine is wonderful!
Very disappointed. The garlic festival was supposed to run til 5 pm and at 4:30pm no one would give a tasting. That’s wrong. Don’t say you’re open about
til 5pm. I stood in line for 1 hour for food and the falafel took the whole time while the other was getting g cold!! None was good for $70. Won’t be back!!
I'll start by saying that I am not a wine connoisseur. We had a small tasting and I must say I liked every wine that we sampled! The lady, I'm sorry I forgot her name, serving was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed it, nice and quiet outside, just a peaceful setting. Great place to visit!!!
