I want to express my appreciation for Joanna and her delicious food! Joanna, when I stopped by a little over a month ago to buy myself some sweets you asked how I was doing and recognized that I was not ok. Thank you for coming out to give me a much needed hug and for sneaking an extra cookie and sympathy card in with my order. Your acts of kindness meant the world to me! I so appreciate you and your shop and hope to make it there again soon. All my treats were delicious as always!

It is hard to put into words how much I love and respect this place. Everything I've had from here is amazing. The first time I popped in was over a year ago- I legit was almost in tears eating a cinnamon roll. And The chicken pie :,) to die for. Even iced coffee is somehow taken to another level- and it was VEGAN! I would have never guessed any of the items I had here were gluten free OR dairy free if I had not known its a dedicated Gluten Free, Dairy Free, & Wheat free kitchen. This place deserves more recognition. I even am able to try new things that I hadn't had even in my years before I was unable to eat gluten- like today I had a sample of minced fruit pie! its like your regular fruit pie on steroids- way more flavor. I love it!!! (Obviously I bought one lol) and also tried the Veggie pizza and Pepperoni pizzas today and they blew my socks off. Ambiance is great- calm french music, place smells amazing when you walk in. Greeted by friendly and knowledgable staff. Keep doin yo thang, guys! Thank you!!!

As someone who was recently diagnosed with celiac, this bakery is a blessing. Gluten free options, dairy free options, vegan options. Quiet and quaint, it's a cute little bakery tucked away from the noise of the city. Can't wait to go back.

The coffee was fantastic and your blueberry muffins are probably some of the best I've ever eaten. Thanks again. It's a mystery try people
I've been stopping here at least once a month for over a year now. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like. The owner is super friendly and we always have a nice chat when I stop in. From cookies to pizza, it's all so tasty. Just tried the gf rolls and they didn't disappoint. Please wear a mask or grab one when you get there. The owner is extremely sensitive to gluten.

I ordered desserts for Thanksgiving and they were AMAZING! The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We ordered muffins, biscuits, and pie and froze them for a week and they still all tasted amazing the day of Thanksgiving. My family typically eats gf and df and we could not even tell a difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

It is unreasonably hard to find a good gluten free spot, lot of places claim to have great gluten free options but have like one or two things maybe…not this amazing store! The owner is so lovely, service is outstanding and the food is UNMATCHED. Best gluten free baked goods I’ve had bar none. You are doing yourself a disservice if you skip going here. Came in from out of town and first day we came in and got a scone which was delightful, perfect amount of lemony taste and everything I wanted from a scone. Came back the next day for cinnamon rolls, worth the wait. I haven’t had a cinnamon roll in 5 years because I can’t find any gluten free ones, this one blew me away. It was better than any cinnamon roll I had ever eaten.

Introduced to this business by way of visit to RVA Big Market. My husband and I purchased breakfast sandwiches. What a delicious most savory breakfast treat! We will definitely visit this business at the Midlothian location for more delightful goodies!?

I am so beyond grateful for 7 Muffins A Day! For someone who is allergic to gluten it’s very hard to find bakeries out there that accommodate to that. Their food is so yummy and I have been very satisfied with everything I have ever gotten from them! My favorites are the doughnuts and scones. The owner is so sweet and kind and your experience from just walking in will be all around amazing. I highly recommend stopping in and treating yourself to amazing gluten free baked goods!

Incredibly rude help tells me, without waiting 2 seconds for a response, that it’s pickup only. To be followed by locking the door in my face and walking away. Wow. I just drove twenty minutes for the sole purpose of buying some bread and I couldn’t even respond, without a door being locked in my face. Yes, the store has the “Open” sign on it. Yes the Google page has “Open” on it. Wow. I love to support small business and even more, I love to support the GF community but if that means I have to have doors shut in my face, no way. And as I sit here, writing this review in front of the store, yet another person walked up, read the signage on the door, and slowly walked away. What the heck. Taking my business elsewhere.
And as I read further through the reviews, I see verbiage such as, “… happened upon this place…” and, “…drove an hour to this place…” making it seem like they used to have a model where one could walk in and see what’s available at the moment. Like, as you would expect a bakery to do. Nope not today. Just an unlock, “Pickup only,” relocks the door and I watch the help’s back as he walks away.
