The most basic tasks are difficult for this store to complete. We were in here for a total of 40 minutes and they couldn’t get anything together or right 9/14/25 at 5PM. The food was cold but at this point we’re hungry and not waiting any longer. Store and kids chairs were absolutely disgusting as well. I’ll never come back and I live here. SMH

On 8/30/2025 arrived 7 am had to step over trash that was outside and the front doors were locked After going through the drive thru and asking about eating inside, was told by the cashier that she had just got there and didn’t know why the front was locked. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the front was closed for cleaning. Biscuits looked and tasted old and was overcooked. At 7 am the biscuits shouldn’t look and taste that old.

This is the worst Bojangles we've ever stopped in!! The tables are dirty and filthy...we ordered four chicken dinners and waited over a half hour to be told that no fresh chicken was made!! We requested a refund and wont be returning to this Bojangles again!! They're always understaffed!!!
