Had to stop here on our way back from Virginia as we always do. The chicken is so good and has a perfect little kick and we never get fries always love the Mac and dirty rice but the French fries were so good. I also got a pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Never had such rude service at this location before until this morning. Becky with the yellow bob, if you’re mad about doing your job just say that. Because I find it ironic when you can be disrespectful and rude 10’ from the drive-thru window but when I come in you don’t say nothing. I suggest you shut your mouth next time before you call a customer a liar. Fix your attitude or find another job. 👌

Food was cold, and the chicken you could tell had been sitting. My gravy on my mashed potatoes wasn’t hot- just a think slice of slug. My boyfriend’s bacon egg and cheese was doughy- and had barely a whole piece of bacon. The attitudes from the workers was just as gross as the food. Yikes.

I live in NC and travel for work alot. Fast food is normally a bad experience and unfriendly. I am unsure if Shirrell (name on receipt) is the manager but she runs this location. Been three times and am always treated with an upbeat tone and a smile even when others made mistakes on the order.
Example she Rang me up but was helping get orders out. When another employee gave me the wrong biscuit (ham and cheese) she quickly apologized, remembered what it should have been (chicken and cheese) and offered to let me keep the wrong one for the inconvenience.
She does the work of two employees easily. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers! Please make sure she is recognized.

While traveling with my kids, we decided to stop at this location. We have visited other locations in other states, but never in this area. It's 8:05pm and they are already almost completely out of chicken and completely put of regular biscuits. They are open for almost 2 more hours and are already out of main food items. I'm very sympathetic to the overworked understaffed situation happeni but being almost completely out of food 2 hours before closing is ridiculous

Excellent Manager and hostess, had an accident with my biscuit( dropped it accidently) the manager replaced it for free. Good customer service and good people. Appreciated it so much, will definitely visit again and recommend. Keep up the excellent service. Thanks again.

Absolute worst Bojangles ever ... There was like 3 people on staff. I came inside to get food waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. Been 15 minutes since then and I still don't have it yet. Couldn't sit down anywhere because every table was beyond filthy. Don't waste your time here...
This Bojangles was not restocked at all. The napkins were in disarray and all the plasticware holders were empty. Both trash bins inside were overflowing plus the outside trash was maxed out too!! There weren't even that many customers, but the service was so slow. I like Bojangles, but not that one.
