Food is great i don't live around the area so it's always a treat to go to Bojangles when I travel but to my surprise they refused to serve anyone and milked the clock and told us they were closed well before 10pm.

The dining room door says that they are open until 10pm M-Th. I arrived at 6:50pm and the door was locked. There were 4 or 5 employees sitting at the tables talking. We went through the drive through and was told that they were understaffed tonight and that is why the dining room was closed. I’m confused - if you’re understaffed, why are you sitting around talking? Not to mention, the employees wouldn’t even look at me when I pulled on the door. A sign would have been nice or better yet friendly staff.

Had a great experience at Bojangles yesterday. The steak egg and cheese biscuit was spot on - the steak was crispy yet tender, and the biscuit was fluffy and fresh. The hash rounds were a delightful side, crispy with just the right seasoning. Plus, the store was clean and the staff were quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

The guy working just kept telling everyone that came in and us this is all the chicken we had. Which seemed weird being a chicken place and all. The trash cans were overflowing.

Service was extremely fast. Chicken was very hot and fresh. fries were mediocre and biscuit was flat and dry but the bad part about it is the restaurant was extremely dirty. Plenty of people in the back just standing around talking. They need to dedicate somebody to clean the seating area napkins were empty. It was just a total mess. I was here for over a half hour and never did anyone come out to clean. Three dark pieces of chicken just isn’t worth the $11.65 when you have to sit in a dirty restaurant to try to enjoy it. Bottom line this place is filthy!
Went to Bojangles on Wednesday September 18th for breakfast. Went to drive thru sat there for 5 minutes no one answered at the drive thru. Went around and people just standing around. Went inside ordered the cheddar biscuit combo. As I was ordering it the lady said we don't have Bo rounds or fries. How does Bojangles run out of both of the main sides??? Just everything about this visit was wrong. Give them another try on Friday the 20th. Opens at 5:30am. Sat there till 5:45 still had not opened up. I just lefted. Ever time I go here the place is so disorganized takes forever to get your food. Won't be going back.
