Everything was cold. Waited 20 minutes for food and the fish was room temperature, the fries were cold, and the Mac and cheese was literally uncooked. No forks in the bag. No line.

Young lady at the drive thru had attitude,she asked what condiments we want and she stated” we don’t have tartar sauce”. Its a seafood restaurant with no tartar sauce sounds insane

I've stopped here several times on the way home from a trip to Kings Dominion. To be perfectly honest, I've been disappointed several times by them being out of chicken and frankly the staff those evenings weren't the friendliest. The most recent trip was a breath of fresh air! They had chicken for one, but overall, the service I received was great! Friendy and prompt and the food was very fresh, made to order. I hope this level of service continues to be their standard!

This restaurant (Ashland) has the most rude people working the drive thru. I asked a simple question and got nothing but attitude. I had to constantly repeat myself and she kept cutting me off. I had to end up leaving cause I was so frustrated. No greeting when I pull up as well. Get it together Captain D's

Never again! Husband always enjoys the 2 pc fish & 2 pc chicken dinners. Ordered 2 of these dinners to go this evening. $25 the chicken was nothing bigger than a chicken nugget & fish wasn’t the filets you used to get but about like a large fish stick and no drinks included.
