Chick-fil-A review #1: We are CfA regulars and don't care about the politics. Their chicken is good. This is our favorite location and the food is always excellent, but they never pronounce our name right. Long line, but they are expeditious.

The last 2 times I picked up food in this drive through I asked for Honey Mustard dressing for my wrap. Both times they failed to provide the dressing I ordered. Apparently I need to dig through all the bags I am paying for to make sure they add the dressing to my order now each time I go to this location...

Reagan was an actual ANGEL. I went to Chick-fil-A as an RMC student for the late-night study hours during exam week. She made it a point to come up to me and personally introduce herself to get to know a little bit about me as a student. Throughout my study session, she came up to me multiple times to ask if there was anything she could do for me or get me. This service is unmatched!
Why is there an order ahead option....writing this review while I wait for an order placed ahead. Get to the drive thru and am asked to pull ahead with 3 other cars.....we wait and wait 5 minutes have gone by. Businesses need to stop with this pull ahead non sense. It's excessive and out of control. 4 customers have gotten their meals and driven away. The young(not very customer service trained) lady excused away.my concern. .. we are waiting on nuggets???

The tight turns in the drive thru can be a bit tricky for bigger automotives. Glad yall moved some of those cones from the drive thru, those were a hazard
