Charged me for three bowls when I OBVIOUSLY got two. Made me bring my bowls back inside to prove that I only got two. They took my lids off with their gloves that looked pretty nasty and inspected my bowl. What a joke. I don’t even think I got a refund. They were very rude too. I am very nice and regret not putting my foot down more. It was definitely the worst service I have ever received. But with Chipotles, that’s starting to become the new average

Edited: I reached out per the response from company. I received a call back but I have been trying for 10 days to get in touch with the rep to discuss. They literally do not care and the responses on here are just for show.
Just discovered chipotle and have eaten at this location 3 times. The first was great despite paying for a double meal to get a decent amount of protein and the store was so dirty. On every surface. 2nd time store was disgustingly dirty and the third time it gave me food poisoning. Considering it was literally the only food I’d had that day, I’m positive where the food poisoning came from. Just wished I’d have read the reviews prior to going. I’d have known better. Now having thrown it all up all day long, I won’t be able to ever eat there again.

I try really hard not to complain cause I get it places are short staffed but come on man!!!! I don't even know where to begin to be honest! I could of took myself to Five Guys next store but wanting a chicken bowl I said screw it. I'm so tired of giving my hard earned money to places like this... #1 not only did I pay more for my meal than the one literally 7 minutes away in the same county but it was nasty! The chips were burnt I mean open the bag you can smell they are burnt and they look burnt so I know d*mn well they saw and smelled it before they bagged them up... #2 the food was cold and the sour cream warm I ended up just throwing it away 3 bites in afraid that I get food poisoning it was a complete waste of my $13 mind you that's $13 for a basic bowl and chips nothing extra the same thing that would have been over a dollar less exspensive 7 minutes up the street... of course when I call to complain as I was on my lunch break so can't go back at this time no one picks up... How convenient! The only good thing I have to say was customer service was good the young lady that made my food up for me was very pleasant as well as the young lady that range me up.... Chipotle used to be really good but over the last couple of years, it has really gone to crap! You'll got to do better people tired of wasting they money on food that's over priced to begin with to get it and it be absoulte trash!

Stay far away from this place. There’s a reason it has two stars on Google. Food preparation area is always filthy. The drink fountain is disgusting and had black mold on the ice dispenser. Employees acted like they hate their jobs in - wearing AirPods and look at their phones while customers were waiting for food. Just a horribly operated store.

When chipotle first came to Richmond va. I fell in love with it. They fixed some of the best burritos I had ever had. But, now I'm very disappointed with the restaurant especially this location. The portions are getting smaller. To the point of its not worth the time and definitely not worth the money. I ordered online and did the pick up window out back. Went home about 25 miles away only to realize they didn't put any of the steak I ordered on my burrito and I didn't get any corn salsa. I will not be visiting this location anymore
