Took the challenge offer on my return trip and had a much better meal experience. All of the order followed instructions and met my expectations! Thanks again!

Went to a Cookout for the first time. While it is better than a McDonald's or Burger King that was primarily during to their milkshakes. I ordered a burger with fries and onion rings. I would rank the fries one, burger two and onion rings three. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and my son his burger. While there isn’t a Cookout up in the New England area if I ran across one during my travels I would stop in again.

I've been to this cookout twice in the last 3 days and order the same hamburger each time which is a regular burger cookout style but I requested diced instead of sliced onions apparently that's a big problem for them because I got sliced onions on both of those burgers.
One was dying in and the other was takeout.
When I call that number I got a voicemail because no one was available in customer service go figure
Spanish lady can’t understand English and gets mad when she gets your order wrong

Excellent for a quick, cheap meal.
This place is the best fast-food option if you pick the right choice. It is better than the big M and cheaper too. Try the chipotle chicken sandwich or the chicken strips. They are both really good.

This is not fine dining. But the food is better than I would have guessed. You aren’t just settling.
I usually get the big burger, and it is as good or better than any other fast food burger. The fried cheese curds and hush puppies are great. And the combination of sides and entrees are unmatched.

I stopped here while traveling on I-95. I will never stop here again. First, the food is overpriced in relation to what you get. Secondly, I told the clerk both before I and after I ordered that I wanted to dine in. My food was given to me in a to go bag. The third thing is that the clerk at the counter was some guy who was in the middle of a sex change(Transgender). YES, I do have a problem with that! No further comment except to say that this is the first and only time that I will ever frequent this place.

We went through the drive thru to get shakes. Service was pretty fast, the price was reasonable, and everyone loked their chosen flavor. The only issue was the ice cream was icy, not creamy.
