We constantly try to use this restaurant because of their proximity to our house, but they constantly disappoint. Their website always tells us that it is delivered, and that everything is fine, but it is never there. When we call to question it, she tells us that after the first delivery they show as “complete” and she can’t help it and she agrees it doesn’t make sense. We waited over an hour and a half and then our delivery showed as canceled. They claim they tried to call us, but they did not. Super frustrating, just avoid this one.

Well…I just tried to order a pizza, after my first call I was told the delivery computer was down (but like the guy was about as clear as mud) and then I called back again, got the same guy who then got my address and told me they deliver.but he didn’t know I wanted a delivery (but how do you not know when we’d already spoke about deliveries???♂️) and he then called me bro and said he had to use the name as appeared on caller id…but I’m on a family plan lol. Any how was by far the worst phone conversation I’ve ever had, and that says ALOT; definitely don’t want them messing with my pizza

Do not go here! They have HORRENDOUS customer service. I’ve had issues with my orders multiple times and we will never order here again. I called once when they delivered us a raw pizza to offer if they’d remake I’d be happy to come pick it up and the employee was so nasty to me saying he’d never serve what I ordered to his dog that it was “out of this world” disgusting. I had been ordering cheese-less pizzas for a long time due to a dairy issue I have and after giving birth, my baby got extremely sick if I ate dairy. We hoped it was a one time mess up- every one has a bad day and takes it out on someone else - sometimes it happens. So we tried them again- there was an issue with the app that showed the delivery person had delivered our pizza- an hour later we hadn’t gotten it so I called the store to be sure it hadn’t been delivered elsewhere by mistake and AGAIN an employee was extremely rude “oh it’s you” dude I’ve never been rude to a customer service rep lol I used to work in the worst customer service environment ever getting cussed out and harassed daily. I was kind and pleasant no attitude- just wondering if there was an issue. I have no problem with customer service people standing up to Karen customers they deserve it! But I wasn’t being pushy or rude they just decided to be complete jerks I guess because they don’t like people who can’t eat cheese but still enjoy pizza with other toppings?? He then proceeded to randomly complain about our gate which is wild because it takes less than 15 seconds for the call button to get it open- and that’s only when the dominos app isn’t working- every other time it worked I’d have it ready and open for the driver by following the location- just like I do for all our deliveries so I don’t waste anyone’s time or inconvenience them! I don’t write bad reviews normally but this dominos has gone completely downhill. Our family has ordered from this location for over 20 years and I really hope they can get their stuff together but if you’re looking for good pizza and good customer service go somewhere else. Ashland is FULL of quality restaurants with people who care about the customer- Dominos ain’t it yall.

I once ordered delivery from this Domino's, and the delivery driver got out of his car, ran at me with my pizza and vaulted over a brick wall to deliver it to me. What a legend.

It’s really sad how run down this location has become. The staff seems to be high most of the time you try to order and they delivered a old pizza to me that you can tell it had been sitting for hours. I think contacting the better business buro is a must because that place needs to be shut down. The Atlee location is way better. Hope they close the Ashland location down soon or send people in to make it better.
