The new crew in there does not do their job. I go every Friday and the old crew was AMAZING. Order was always ready on time. Food and drinks were great. The last three weeks have been the worst I’ve ever had from any Dunkin’ Donuts. How do you give out stale sandwiches and a peppermint mocha with no peppermint or mocha? I paid $7 for a regular coffee then. Don’t go here. Avoid it like the plague. Nobody is friendly and food sucks.

This was the worst fast food establishment I've ever been too in my career. The person who took my order either couldn't understand what I was saying or just messed up my order three times. Not only that we were in there for 30 minutes with two other people in their, and all I got was a bacon egg and cheese bagel which she forgot. I also got Avocado Toast with Bacon, but she left off the bacon. The cherry on top was four people from corporate were in there and couldn't care less about the poor service.

If you do drive-through, check your order, because they cannot handle getting even the most basic orders correct. If you go inside, good luck, because they will ignore you even if you are the only customer in line (just straight look at you and ignore you). If you would like to be pissed off at having the worst experience ever, this is the perfect place for you.

Carlos made my coffee, I ordered large, he filled it like a medium, when asked for additional coffee to fill the cup, he took my cup and filled it but when giving it back to me he slid it on the counter with an attitude and it spilled. I got a napkin to wipe the cup down. Management can see the video. I was there around 11:40AM on 11/30. I just politely asked for his name and left the store. Not from around here so I don’t have to worry about going back.

Went to this location as I normally do almost every day! I got my usual iced vanilla late. Drove home and noticed there was a BUG in my coffee.

I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and the bun was burnt and the cheese wasn’t melted, very disappointed. When I went to go ask them if that was normal they told me that they didn’t melt the cheese but in the previous times I’ve been there the cheese is always melted.
I ordered a coffee and a donut. They didnt have any hot food which is whatever. I pulled up to the window (i was the only car in the entire drive through) and sat for 5 minutes. I didnt pay or anything and when I finally pulled away, I looked back to see the employee sitting their on her phone next to the window.

I am only giving two stars because when this does get it right, my drinks are good. But they are usually always out of cold brew, iced coffee, cups and flavors etc. For a newer location they really should do better.

Supposed to open at 5am traveling been up all night got off highway to get coffee at 5:05am not open. Waited outside 5:30 still not open girls just hanging out.
