The line was slow moving in the drive through. When I approached the mic they asked me to hold on, and that lasted almost 10 minutes. I couldn't leave since cars were behind me. The cars eventually backed up and left, and then I was finally able to place my order. I had to repeat the order and the cashier had to say it back a few times. She didn't know how to enter the first item which was a holiday drink so she had to do it again. After placing the order the line was still very slow. Once I got to the window I saw 7 employees and not all of them were busy. The slow moving line made no sense. Then they handed me the food, but the drinks were not ready and that took another 5 plus minutes. I do not know who is managing this location, but I will never stop there again. It was not okay at 8:04 a.m. on a Sunday morning. This was terrible service and the food wasn't great either. Also, my drink wasn't hot at all. What a mess.

The cashier needed me to repeat my order about three times before she finally got it. End up. Just getting coffee because about three of the items that I can eat off the menu they didn't have. So whoever is in charge of restocking should be retrained. Not so clean and the bathroom I use didn't even have a lock on the door. It was broken. I would definitely skip this one off i-95 and just go on to the next one.

Food service workers probably shouldn't be spitting at the front counter. (No joke, one of them spit and I walked out)

Three people standing around doing nothing behind the counter for over 10 minutes while my kid’s hash browns aren’t getting made.
Terrible service and top of that they never have donuts

Out of stock Glazed donut holes, the most basic breakfast product. If you don't have the most basic donut, why call yourself a donut shop?

I have visited this location for years and every time it disappoints me. They never have any of the specialty items. I don’t know why I thought today would be different, they didn’t have the Halloween munchkin bucket or even the Halloween munchkins. On top of that they are always rude when you ask questions. I can’t wait for the new location to open in Ashland!

slowest service and absolutely no customer service. one employee was on a phone call on speaker the entire time and it took over 10 minutes to get 3 drinks with no other customers. i had to ask for a straw from behind the counter and 2 girls just looked at me and ignored me.
