Ordered through drive-thru a bagel sandwich, 2 donuts and munchkins. They confirmed as they handed me each bag individually its contents, so they knew what I ordered. I get back to work to eat and the bagel was stale as can be, so I figured I’d eat the two donuts for lunch instead, and they gave me the wrong kind. Tried to call to let them know they must have the tray mislabeled for the donuts and the phone number isn’t valid. Overall just bummed, half of my break was driving there and back and food was abysmal.

This store is always nice and gets the drinks right for the most part. The store stinks and is always dirty. The employees always look like that had a dodge ball competition with powder donuts. Other than that its good. The store needs a deep cleaning. The dirtiest store in the Richmond area.

Walked in wasn't greeted, ran out of it that I order(tea Bold Breakfast). Ordered cappuccino extra French Vanilla did not have the extra French vanilla either.

Coffee was made wrong and she was rude wanted to basically say that my coffee was made right when it wasn’t she remade it tasted worst then the first time and one of her and her staff was definitely making some rude facial expressions also dirty

No wonder they have 3 stars. How do you run out of reg tea, and instead of saying you dont have any you just put another tea bag type in and hope the customer dont notice. HEY MANAGEMENT, IF YOU RUN OUT OF AN ITEM PUT IT IN THE WRITE BOARD SO EVERYONE KNOWS

Clean store. Friendly staff.
Hot chocolate tasted like water, and the bagel was burnt to a crisp with hardly any cream cheese.
Terrible service! Don't go there! They can easily mess with your order! They can not change $50 cash! Never go there again!
The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Best Dunking I've been in years.
