Eat Catering - Exceptional Service for Our Son’s Wedding
We had an absolutely flawless experience with Eat Catering for my son’s wedding, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception. Everything was executed perfectly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Sheila was incredibly helpful throughout the menu planning process. The tasting felt like a full meal, and it was honestly difficult to choose from so many delicious options! Her guidance made the decision-making process much easier, and we were thrilled with how everything turned out. Rachel provided excellent assistance in selecting the perfect wine, beer, and spirits, and the bar was definitely a highlight of the night. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.
One of the most impressive things about Eat Catering was their ability to handle the fluctuations in our guest numbers with complete ease. The team was always gracious and flexible, no matter the changes. Plus, the fact that they took care of the china, silverware, and glassware made the entire process much simpler, and it was a great value.
Both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception were unique and special, thanks to Eat Catering’s thoughtful coordination. It was such a relief to work with the same dedicated team across both days. We felt completely understood, and our vision for both events came to life beautifully. EAT catered our wedding in Williamsburg, VA and did an incredible job. They were professional, organized, reliable and the food was AMAZING!! They exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone that needs an event catered!! Great food and great service.

From the very first meeting with this team, they were extremely professional and personable. The communication was transparent and always prompt! The staff were friendly! And the food was absolutely delicious!!! On the day of the wedding, EAT's team ran everything smoothly and the guests approached us (the bride and the groom) on multiple occasions to share how impressed they were with the food and staff. I used EAT catering for my June wedding. They were amazing! We were won over by their amazing menu from the tasting and they did not disappoint wedding day. I had them serving 70 guests plated dinner and used their bartending. It was so much work for them and super hot but they pulled it off perfectly. Their staff was super kind, on top of service, and their bartenders kept the drinks coming! Great food and great people. I highly recommend!

We used Eat catering for a June rehearsal dinner on a Friday night. It started out as 50 guests but as things go we had to up it to 60, plus some kids so we need some extra food for the children. Rachel and her crew took care of everything. We were actually making changes right up until the day before. All Rachel ever said was no problem, we will take care of it for you. When we arrived Rachel was already there setting up for the dinner. The food was delicious, served hot and on time. The evening went off without a hitch due almost entirely to the service we received from Eat catering. Should you be looking for a catering company for your special event, look no further.

We LOVED EAT catering. We got married over the weekend, and we still have guests texting us about the pimento grilled cheese and seasonal veggies. The food was AMAZING and the service was somehow even better. The exceeded all expectations and we truly do not have enough good things to say about them. In addition to passed appetizers, we did a buffet style dinner, mac & cheese bar, and a plated salad to start, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Cocktail hour and dinner went so smoothly, and everyone loved the food. We had a couple people tell us they kept going up for more! The process from the initial tasting, to booking to final decisions to wedding day was so easy. I worked with Sheila mostly, and she was a pleasure to correspond with and always had a smile on her face while at the wedding. All the servers and bartenders were attentive and professional. My husband and I also liked that we could provide our own alcohol and EAT Catering had a mixer package, so we didn’t have to worry about all the little ingredients. I gave the recipes for our 3 signature drinks and let them know what liquor we got, and they took care of the rest. The drinks were all so good too! We had a guest count of about 90 and there was plenty of food for everyone plus leftovers, which were enjoyed as after wedding late night snacks and for a couple meals the next few days! We learned pretty quickly that catering costs can get quite high, EAT Catering has very reasonable prices and many different options to fit most budgets and when you take into account the quality of the food, service and experience, it’s one of the best values out there. After the wedding, my husband said, “can we have EAT Catering cater every single event from now on?” 100% recommend!

I’ve had these people cater for my baby shower and got such good compliments on the food! We loved them so much they catered my baby’s first birthday, and again got compliments! They were on time and everything was perfect!

Eat Kitchen & Catering was absolutely phenomenal. They were very fast responding, excellent in communicating and the food was awesome!

Food was excellent! Really enjoyed the pulled chicken and pork. Mixed desserts were also delicious!

I hosted a couples event for 90 guest. This was a plated service.The ease of booking, the menu options and SERVICE was 5 stars - exceptional! They were so easy to talk with and update menu/guest numbers. The staff at the event were professional. They even went above and beyond with helping me set up centerpieces. They were on time. The 3 stars was for the food. We ordered 2 proteins and both were so tough that we could hardley cut into them with our plasticware. The flavors were great, presentation was great just that the meat was over cooked.
