Went today about a hour ago. Ordered the lunch meatloaf meal. Menu states “meatloaf w/ red sauce”. I received meatloaf and gravy that looks like it was cooked the day before maybe two days before. I understand everything can’t be cooked daily but at least make it look presentable! The meatloaf was dried out and the gravy looked just as old. Mind you that’s not what I ordered. I ordered what I seen on the menu. My two sides were mash potatoes and greens! The mash potatoes were instant mash potatoes and the greens were can greens! I can deal with can greens but at least give me real mash potatoes as you’re claiming it’s “ soul food”! I was amped about going here because I’ve seen post/pics of the food. When I go places that proclaim to have soul food I don’t expect nothing other than! I’ll give them one more shot. Hoping I caught them on a bad day.
