The food was amazing! 10/10 recommended. Made me feel like I was in Puerto Rico. Jose is a great cook and his service was very friendly. Will be coming back for sure.
Nachos barely had any meat on them. Instead the chips were all artfully stacked up, which made them difficult to get from the plate. I had the nachos about a year ago and they were awesome. Not this time. Not even close to worth it.
Wow, I had their pulled pork (pernil) dish with yellow rice and beans. It was spot on with my puerto rican Abuelita ised to make. Tender, flavor full bites. I highly recommend this food vendor.

Freaking Rican food is a tremendous accompaniment with the fine beers at Center of the Universe Brewing. Ask for a slab of their farm-fresh tomatoes with the nachos. The combo is a summertime treat. Joe is a delight!
Joe at center of the universe is super. His food is carefully crafted And so very delicious. We went back for seconds. Definitely ask about the tres Leche cake. Secret time: ask for a slab of their garden-fresh tomatoes with the nachos. The combo is fantastic.

What a great place and great staff! Between the food and the excellent customer service, Freekin Rican at Center of the Universe Brewery knocks it out of the park. OMG! The food is so good and signature meals to remind me and my wife of home Puertorican cooking.
