it’s 12:15am on a friday night and online says it’s open until 2am but once i pulled up the guy said they were closed. How disappointing!

I have been going to Hangry Joe's since it opened a couple years ago. The food really is better than ever these days. The spicy soy garlic Korean chicken nuggets are dialed in on the spice level (it has fluctuated in the past from being barely noticeably spicy to being nigh-angry hot level heat). They've gotten a lot more consistent, and their online ordering webpage allows you to order extra sauce of any type (rather than just getting hangry sauce regardless of what you ask for). The sides like mac and cheese and waffle fries are great for a quick meal for my kiddo too. Give Hangry Joe's a shot if you haven't already, it's the best it's ever been!

This was our first time coming. Our son and daughter in-love talked about it, so we stopped on our way home from a trip. It did not disappoint! The chicken was cooked to order and it was delicious and hot! The portions were large, and required a carryout box. The dining room was small, but clean. The cashier was very nice, and explained about the choices for sauces. We'll definitely be back! I wished they would open a store in Williamsburg!

Awesome! Got the Mega Sando and added fried okra. Sandwich is delicious, great quality chicken. Waffle fries are fantastic, as is the okra. The Hangry sauce is great, and pretty spot on to their description of the heat scale. Mild is tasty with the kick equivalent of jalapeno. Dipping sauce is great also. Will definitely be returning.

Chicken was overcooked and the sauce... well, it was a meh. It speaks nothing about "Korean BBQ". This small place needs better ventilation - it was hot muggy and smelled like I was in the kitchen. Not a good experience.

Best chicken sandwich in all of the land! Don't forget to get the slaw as it is phenomenal. I never walk out of there without at least two dozen wings, too.

We ordered the combo special of chicken legs and thighs. The pieces of chicken were the worst we have ever seen. Pieces were small and consisted of mainly fried skin and tough meat. We will not be going back to this location.
